I remember driving through this area in the back seat of my family's car. This was back when there was an Albertsons Walmart and Kmart at the intersection of pat booker and 1604. And the whole forum area was just trees and hills and beautiful land. Since building and opening up major developments I've seen the forum grow and expand. Retailers come and go. Economic markets change and the restaurant fads turn over like hot cakes. The forum has been a place where our family shops, eats, and at times in my life, it was a source of income for my family. The retail world is ever changing and the forum area has been keeping up. The major highway developments I'm sure have caused retailers pain over the past decade. But the forum still looks good seasonal landscaping and decor is kept up with and upgrades to buildings seem to be kept. I love the area. So you won't get a complaint out of me ?.

Normally, it's not too packed.., but beware during the holidays.. it's a jungle!

Traffic inside the Forum can be slow but overall, never had a BAD experience getting through. Stores are good, restaurants are fine. Local highway construction can affect getting in and out of the area.
