Fine. some empty store. Nothing special or exciting in the architecture. No common areas. Just buildings parking and some trees along the road.

Normally, it's not too packed.., but beware during the holidays.. it's a jungle!

Traffic inside the Forum can be slow but overall, never had a BAD experience getting through. Stores are good, restaurants are fine. Local highway construction can affect getting in and out of the area.
