Had an awesome experience. First time there and Kimberly was amazing! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 3 years after moving away from waxing to try something new. Thread, wax- it didn’t matter. I was never fully satisfied with my eyebrows. The techs were never very personable nor gave the effort I saw Kim give to get the results I was looking for. She was patient and showed me every step she was going to do and answered any and all of the questions I had with kindness and patience. You could tell she wanted to what I wanted and I appreciate that. The wax was hardly painful at all. She even took her time to show me how to fill in my eyebrows, which she definitely did not have to do. I feel confident and definitely will be making her and the location my go-to for my eyebrows.
