Milton at the store was outstanding and full of knowledge. He was thorough and asked many questions to help narrow down our choices. Our beds were delivered in a week. The 2 delivery guys were also outstanding. I was greeted with an upbeat attitude and was immediately asked if shoe covers were needed. Both were knowledgeable and personable. We replaced a 22 year old sleep number and are looking forward to good sleep.
I appreciate the professionalism and attitude from everyone.

Thomas was awesome! We tested each of the Sleep Number bed and he explained every little detail that we were interested in and chatted about the benefits and differences between each model. We decided on the i10 model, and included the furniture with embedded speakers, for some smooth jazz for resting and ocean waves to help us fall asleep. We are anxiously awaiting the delivery! Happy Halloween y'all!

My recent experience with the support services staff member on the phone at the Selma, Texas store was outstanding. I called to request a home visit for inspection / repairs. The young woman who spoke to me on the phone was simply amazing in her courteous competence and, most of all, her cheerful and friendly attitude. Since speaking to support staff on the phone is not always a pleasant experience, I hope the store manager will give that staff member high praise! She was not only helpful and efficient, but she was also truly kind. Thanks so much!

100 Free Trial is a scam!!! Sleep Number charges $250 for delivery and $250 (plus taxes) for returns. You will be paying $500 for a trial of this product. I bought the 360 P5 and thought this was the mattress in the store. Waited a month to finally receive the mattress. The first few mornings after using the bed, both the wife and I had severe back, neck, and hip pain. For over a month we tried different settings, but nothing worked. Called in for a return, and I was hit with a $250 return/pick up fee. Not once did anyone in the store say it was a $500 trial. All I kept hearing in the store was 100 night free trial period. Beware, if this mattress doesn't work for you, you will be out $500.
