I’ve moved from the area, but decided to return to this location because I know I can trust their work. They did not disappoint and made my teacher heart dreams come true. Thank you!!!”

“I frequent this store for all of my mailing needs and it's a great store. About a week ago I had to return several items on a new kiosk. Initially, a very tall, kind gentleman guided me over to the kiosk. I was on my lunch hour and had no clue where to begin. Immediately Kay Kay stepped forward to ask if I needed help and she took control of my package disaster. Kay Kay was super nice, very efficient, quick and patient. Her appearance was also very professional. She also ended up kindly checking me out since I was short on time. I looked at her name tag so that I could get her some recognition and was shocked to read it said "Trainee". Nothing in her actions, demeanor nor verbiage seemed inexperienced, I was so impressed. Kay Kay is a clear asset to the store, it will be nice to see this exemplary young lady move up in the store. Thank you again Kay Kay!”

He went out of his way to make sure I would have a chance of low damage to my items, as well as creating a possibility to be reimbursed for any damage when there was no chance before. God bless him.”
“Excellent service: needed notarization and was accommodated in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. My only complaint is that I felt so bad for the Staff, the employees, there as there were so many returning Amazon packages that they could barely navigate around and it struck me as a fire hazard and dangerous. UPS should cease Amazon return options at this particular location because it's too small of a space and adding more employees would only add to the already existing fire hazard. This all being said, my only complaint: the efficiency and service I received there was brilliant, exceptional.”

As I entered the store I was greeted by Rachel and Yvette! They have the most beautiful smiles and greeted all customers and were very patient and knowledgeable about all products!
My day started very rocky I was headed to UPS but something said no go to FedEx and I’m so glad I did! It’s the smallest gestures like these both of these ladies deserve a raise. They represent the companies so well that I watch how they treat all Customers!

We were helped by a very friendly and accommodating young person named Ervee, sorry if I spelled your name wrong! Ervee made suggestions regarding the size of the boxes to help consolidate and save on costs. Ervee has a lovely disposition, patient, kind and helpful. “The staff at this in-hotel location is nothing short of amazing. I'm not sure if the stars just aligned correctly and placed employees with top-notch creativity, problem solving, communication, and flexibility, paired with compassion and consideration in this setting with unique demands or if someone higher up at FedEx actually built such a team intentionally, but the result is phenomenal. Because it is connected to an impressive conference/convention facility, there is a constant flow of business men and women who pass through their doors who have had something go wrong with their marketing materials, presentations, etc., and they are under extreme pressure and time constraints to get it fixed immediately- often with very high stakes. Lost brochures, deleted files, shipping delays... things just happen, sometimes. This staff gets that urgency and stretches in every possible direction to make things work for their customer, whether or not they had anything to do with the complication.”

I assume everyone that has to work the day after Christmas is in a pretty bad mood but she was amazing. It's really hard to find good staff. Hopefully you guys do whatever you can to keep her happy. She is awesome. This place was a little tricky to find as it is inside of Walmart. But it's convenient and the staff is awesome.”
