Carter was such a huge help.He wasn’t pushy. He let roam around the store until we found the perfect sofa. He explained the packages and had us financed and delivery set up in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Maxwell was phenomenal! As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the perfect couch. He is very detail oriented and was thorough in explaining the options we had available. He put us at ease and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I recommend rooms to go and Maxwell! Took 4 weeks for them to deliver the correct working product. Our salesman ordered the correct product which we realized prior to the delivery. We had to go back to the store to sign more paperwork and were told it was too late and they would still have to deliver the incorrect product to us before any changes could be made. We were assured multiple times on dates…after taking off over 5 days of work for deliveries (some happened and some didn’t) and after receiving an incorrect product and one that was broken, we finally have the product we actually ordered that works. This has been a time sucking nightmare experience and we will never be purchasing from this terrible company again.

Update: went to living spaces today instead ,omg their service was amazing. My furniture will be here in 48hours! Now that's thats what I call customer service.Update: refused to issue a refund until they picked up dessers in pieces , so had to wait an extended period of time to order something else. Finally today got a whole different dresser set. Came in broken again!!! Here we are thinking this place has quality. I think I will be looking into other furniture companies. Meanwhile clothes on the floor. They haven't offered any type of compensation the entire time. If your looking for quality rooms to go isn't the place! Was told they can't do anything for us, so much for being a loyal customer thousands spent even before this purchase. Management at this store is absolutely horrible.I'm so disappointed , I received my dressers in a boxes in multiple pieces(at least ahundred screws) when I was told only the drawers would come separate. Spent hours putting chest together (came with some damage). I accepted it. Open the 2nd box the main dresser , no screws,no directions dont knownif anything else missing. Spent to much money for all this trouble. Here I am no dressers now clothes in boxes!

I bought furniture less than 4 months ago, tell me why it’s already having issues. ?I paid almost 10 grand why tf is it POOR QUALITY. On Too of it they aren’t willing to Fix it. ? I knew I should have went to Ashley’s furniture store they would have at least tried to come fix it or replace it. GO TO ASHLEY’s FURNITURE! I’ve had better experiences with them. Horrible customer service reps at ROOMS TO GO complete trash.
