Chris moss gave me hands down the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. We started over the phone and he did everything in his power to get me into the car I wanted. I was ignored by other dealers for not being able to come in immediately and Chris made sure I knew he was going to be here helping me the whole time. I can say for a fact me, my friends and family will only be shopping for vehicles at only one dealership now??

I had an incredible experience at Mercedes of Selma! My sales specialist, Ricardo, was outstanding from the very beginning. He really took the time to listen to my needs and made the entire process of selecting the perfect vehicle smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated his patience and the fact that he never pressured me to consider anything outside of what I wanted.
Ricardo kept me updated throughout our time together and even coordinated with a colleague to ensure I was greeted at the door and that my appointment started promptly, despite him running a few minutes late with another client. The next day, when I was pressed for time to finalize the sale and sign paperwork, he efficiently arranged everything so I could be in and out in under an hour.
Although I couldn’t stay for a complete demonstration of my new vehicle’s features, he followed up the next day to schedule a time for me to come back and help set everything up while answering any questions I had. To top it off, he has been wonderfully responsive to any ongoing questions or concerns, whether through phone calls, emails, or texts. He even made my little girl feel special by giving her a cute Mercedes teddy bear, which truly made her week! ❤️
Ricardo’s customer service is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about ensuring his clients are happy and comfortable with their new purchases!

I recently started looking for a new car and stopped by Mercedes of Selma and let me tell you just how wonderful and knowledgeable everyone was at this dealership. Once I walked in I was greeted with a very warm smile by the front deck lady and was impressed on how clean and shiny the floors were in this beautiful building. I was given a few minutes walking around the show room before being hounded by a shark, that’s what I all aggressively driven sale people. His name was Alfresco and he was very polite and friendly without being to hard pressed to make a sale. All my questions were answered by him about the type of car I was looking for. I walked out about 20 minutes later, I have not decided what I’m going to buy yet for a vehicle but a Mercedes is in my top three choices. I highly recommend anyone looking for some fine German engineering and want to drive a well made and reliable car to go stop by Mercedes Benz of Selma. They get a 10 stars in my book .

9/19/24: I have to edit my review based on the response from MB Selma, which is misleading and rediculous ...
The fee below that I mentioned in my review was not "added accessories, document fees, titling fees, or taxes". This was a "made up" fee called VTP, which was explained to me as: "added optional insurance that pays you back $2500 if your brand new MB is stolen". Optional but you can't opt out. and was added after we agreed on a price.
So, unfortunately, the response from MB Selma below shows that the shady sales manager is not the only one who is damaging the reputation of Mercedes Benz.

We ended up buying the car. The sales person was good. The finance person was excellent. But be aware of the sales manager who tried to add "made up fees" to the price of the car after we agreed on a number. He is confrontational and shady. He is the reason I would never recommend this place to anyone. MB need to get rid of incompetent sales people and stand by their brand.

I had my car worked in September 2024. Every one was exceptional from the Manager and all of the employes. I will only have them touch my car in the future. Definitely would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Selma.

I had a wonderful experience. My consultant was Mr. Alfredo Cruz. He provided the necessary information needed for me to purchase a 2025 Mercedes GLA 250. From the beginning of my transaction to the end Mr. Cruz provided Sound and Genuine concern upon my interest in purchasing a vehicle. His Professional was excellent and his knowledge of the vehicle at hand was Superb. He went above and beyond providing Excellent Personal accommodations referencing my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if your seeking great quality vehicles in addition to sound and genuine relationship at this dealership. The greeters at the front desk were even kind and warm. If you are seeking a great deal on your vehicle encompassed with professionalism I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Alfredo Cruz. You will not be disappointed.
