Fraudulent. I went in for oil and tire rotation service they charged 250$ but didn't even do that tire rotation properly, not sure if they did oil change or not.when I asked they said they changed the tires but only front ones( left to right) that's it. It doesn't make any sense.

Everyone was excellent, the gentleman who greet you at the entrance are friendly and professional. Doug Buchanan was an excellent advisor and was extremely helpful getting my vehicle fixed and back to normal. Location is clean and beautiful ❤️. I recommend getting your MB looked at here, they have loaners available and are the best in the area. Thank you!

We lost brakes on our SL500 and almost crashed our car. We own our own independent repair shop and used car dealership. We took the car back to our shop where we pulled multiple ABS related codes. We printed the record of our codes and cleared them to see what codes would return. The ABS problem never resurfaced, but in our research we found that this is a common issue with this car and that Mercedes had extended the warranty to 25 years from original in service date. It has a brake by wire system that was so bad they stopped using it on their vehicles. We called Mercedes of Selma to relay our issue and explain that we weren't currently having the problem, but we did have a print out of the codes and a picture of the dash when it happened. They said that would be sufficient and scheduled us for an appointment to drop off the vehicle. When we dropped it off we reiterated all of the above information and were told that the data we provided would be sufficient. They didn't look at the car for a week and when they did they said they couldn't reproduce the codes and they didn't have time to try and reproduce the issue. We were told it was our responsibility to duplicate and replicate the problem, and we owed them $300 for diag time that they apparently did. No repairs to the faulty SBC/ABS problem were made. We instructed them that the problem almost caused a wreck and we had zero brakes when it happened, but that wasn't there problem. We are now picking up our car and will have to drive it until it almost kills us again, and then hope that it continue to act up when it's taken back to Mercedes of Selma to sit another week and charge me another $300 for nothing. This is why so many people seek independent shops like mine for repairs to their vehicles. Unfortunately, when a manufacturer makes a defective car, they have to be the one to repair it, but only if it happens to them.

Mercedes of Selma always treats me like royalty. Any service I have I always leave there more than satisfied. I'm down right spoiled by this Mercedes Team. I refer folks to the Selma location weekly. Top notch customer service guys.

Went to get help with a broken rear window. Someone broke into our car in live oak. Called these guys, and they patched up the window for free. Awesome customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be getting my car serviced here!
