“I ordered a shirt online and received 2. I did not like the color so I came in to return them both. I did not have a receipt since I ordered it online. I thought for sure they were going to give me a hard time returning the one shirt I paid for.

They were so nice to me and helpful ! I was shocked. I had a really bad week and was sure this return was going to fall right in line with the most horrible week ever. I was shocked. Speechless. Angela & Audrey were really nice to me. They helped me find another shirt. Praised the color I chose which of course made me feel like a million bucks. I was sweaty and probably smelled. After the transaction was done. I kinda just stood there. Shocked. Maybe there is hope for America after all. There IS place that has Real customer service still. BOOT BARN at 35 North & 1604. 8098 Agora Pkwy, Selma“While my wife and I visited Kohl's (Selma, TX) again to buy her another summer dress and when asked about a Kohls credit card because of additional savings , I had one but it has not been used in years, thus the account was closed, so I applied for one, the cashier (Linda) assisted me (made it easy for me as she loaded all the information in the system). Of course, it came back approved, what surprised us was that I had a voucher in the Kohls system and the store gave us two additional discounts (one being a new member and the other it's customer appreciation week), WOW some discounts, we were very happy when we left. This does not happen very often!”

8328 Agora Pkwy, Selma“Customer representatives on the floor are exceptional. Cashiers are a hit-and-miss regarding knowledge of discounts and returns. Within the last few weeks, I've made five trips and had different experiences.
I haven't shopped at an OLD NAVY in 5 years, lol. During my recent visits, I had a bad experience with some cashiers at this location. I won't bore you with the details due to the inconsistency in combining discounts.
My last trip, Ms Larken, was amazing ? she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess created by another cashier on my refunds (returns).
Ms Larken was patient, understanding, and supportive. She listened, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and was able to fix the incorrect refunds.
It's rare to find genuine souls in customer service nowadays.
Kudos to Ms Larken, and Thank you for all you do! You make it worth stopping by this location in the future. Keep up the great work, and see you next time. ?”
“My son and I stopped here today to purchase him a suit. We've used Men's Warehouse near Culebra a few times in the past, but decided to give this one a try.
Conclusion, very pleased. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by Ms. Aliana. She introduced herself and got straight down to business...moving with a sense of purpose, but all the while conducting herself in a professional manner with a smile. She worked directly with my son to ensure everything he wanted matched the color scheme he requested. But even more importantly, fit him comfortably while offering helpful tips.
I truly appreciated that and my son stated, "that was quick.and she was good dad"
