“I went to the store to send off a package and my scan code wouldn't work so Cassi allowed me to print it at this location only to find out it needed to be sent Fedex. Any how Cassi was great and helpful the whole time.”

“I frequent this store for all of my mailing needs and it's a great store. About a week ago I had to return several items on a new kiosk. Initially, a very tall, kind gentleman guided me over to the kiosk. I was on my lunch hour and had no clue where to begin. Immediately Kay Kay stepped forward to ask if I needed help and she took control of my package disaster. Kay Kay was super nice, very efficient, quick and patient. Her appearance was also very professional. She also ended up kindly checking me out since I was short on time. I looked at her name tag so that I could get her some recognition and was shocked to read it said "Trainee". Nothing in her actions, demeanor nor verbiage seemed inexperienced, I was so impressed. Kay Kay is a clear asset to the store, it will be nice to see this exemplary young lady move up in the store. Thank you again Kay Kay!”

“Excellent service: needed notarization and was accommodated in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. My only complaint is that I felt so bad for the Staff, the employees, there as there were so many returning Amazon packages that they could barely navigate around and it struck me as a fire hazard and dangerous. UPS should cease Amazon return options at this particular location because it's too small of a space and adding more employees would only add to the already existing fire hazard. This all being said, my only complaint: the efficiency and service I received there was brilliant, exceptional.”

“The UPS Store team is super helpful and friendly! Always going above and beyond to not only help me, but other customers while I am waiting in line. The store can get busy around lunch, but nothing too crazy. I think that’s just par for the course with being next to jimmy johns and dominos.”

“Carlos was absolutely helpful with a return, was about to have a headache with 3 returns and he saved me alot of time by actually helping me cancel my Amazon orders and redo them so that I don't have to go all the way to whole foods.
