this place has seriously gone downhill. I used to shop here all the time with my mom when I was younger, but now in my mid-20s, the customer service is horrible and no one in the store talked to us at all. Not one employee said "hello how are you" or greeted us whatsoever, not even the employees in Sephora either. But they did speak to other customers once we walked away. It was painfully obvious that only we were being ignored & it was almost funny because this location is not even fancy, so not sure where the stuck up & disrespectful attitudes even came from lol. What a shame.

I really love shopping at this location. Everyone there is so nice especially at the customer service when it’s time to check out there’s a lady by the name of Connie there that is super nice I have the option of doing my own self check out, but I really enjoy her conversation at the same time helps me with my Kohl’s Cash and makes me feel comfortable enough to come again. Thank you ?

Went to return a mattress protector and showed the girl my order on the phone. She returned AN ITEM and when I walked away I thought the price wasn’t right. I returned back and got served by a man, and was told I pointed to the pillow cover and not the mattress protector. I had to explain what mistake she made and clearly the size in a mattress and pillow protector is completely different. So it’s my fault I pointed to the wrong item for only you to return the wrong item and get less money back??? She didn’t apologize and the guy went to void and reprocess. The way he was explaining it to me as if I was a 10 year old, the temperament and attitude was uncalled for. If I had gotten home and forgotten all about it, it would have been my loss and their gain! End of the day she should have checked the item of my return, and I was pointing to the screen for crying out loud! Seriously you call this customer service at customer service with no apologies from the person who incorrectly did my return? FYI it was completely quiet with no one waiting so there was no pressure! And
