While my wife and I visited Kohl's (Selma, TX) again to buy her another summer dress and when asked about a Kohls credit card because of additional savings , I had one but it has not been used in years, thus the account was closed, so I applied for one, the cashier (Linda) assisted me (made it easy for me as she loaded all the information in the system). Of course, it came back approved, what surprised us was that I had a voucher in the Kohls system and the store gave us two additional discounts (one being a new member and the other it's customer appreciation week), WOW some discounts, we were very happy when we left. This does not happen very often!

My wife Ofelia and I were extremely pleased with our experience today at the Forum Kohls. Yesenia and Sonya totally listened and guided us in the return and purchase of various items we needed for our grandson’s new school year and our work needs. They explained very carefully and thoroughly the best ways to use the current coupons. It was great to see people do this difficult job and still be cheerful and smile.The result was great savings and happy customers. Thank you Yesenia and Sonya! Y’all are a credit to your store!

Everyone here are snotty and rude if you got tattoos expect the manager and employees to hawk you down and pursue you and give you ugly stares and treat you like a thieve these people here are so stuck in there snotty upper echelon ways that they only see eye to eye with one another and everyone else is scum to them will not return to this store unless I want To be Degrated by these foul people

Watch out for Kohl's at the Forum! Some real unethical people working there including the manager. Yesterday I was there with my kids and put in my rewards number like I typically do and the cashier insisted on trying to get me to get a raggedy credit card. Like she would not let up! I literally told her NO more than 5 times! I told her our family has a shared account now please drop it! The straw that broke the camel’s back was her trying to tell me for security purposes they are now taking social security numbers for purchases! She even requested my ID. What in the world?

CSR named LINDA saved me 20%on my entire purchase by directing me to the Kohl's website for a coupon. It took only a minute to do, but this awesome lady saved me a lot of money. I'll be back just because of that kind of service!!!
Very good selection of men's dress clothes and accessories as well, which is what I originally went to Kohl's for. Awesome experience ?

The isles were wide enough and the prices were marked so I could read them. I also found some good deals, it also helped that the sales clerk was very nice.

I will never shop at this store again. I ordered something online. It was not there. I did not pick it up, apparently somebody else took it out of the bin. The manager was very rude and condescending. He treated me like a second class citizen. He accused me of taking it and then trying to get a refund for it. I would not waste my time going back over there for $30. Makes me wonder if he treats everyone like that or just senior citizens.

Our sales associate, Edom was very helpful. She was very patient and very attentive. She helped us look for a dress that we had been looking for. I was very impressed. You don’t see this kind of customer service these days anymore. Thank you Edom!
