From start to finish Heather was fantastic. I came in to get my rings resized and she was quick to help me with all of my concerns. She knew how much my rings meant to me and met me with compassion, going above and beyond to make sure we got the size right this time. She also took extra steps to make sure my ring came back sparkling and made notes to mark inspection of the rings as well. Great service all around.
