I am new to New Braunfels and found Hair By Eileen on social media. In order to obtain an appointment with her, Eileen requires a perspective client to fill out a very extensive questionnaire. This was done a few weeks ago and unfortunately she’s never responded back to schedule me on her calendar. I am aware she’s very busy and was fine with waiting for an opening at some point. Just was disappointed that my time in filling out her long questionnaire was a waste of my valuable time.

Had my hair done by Eileen, and it was a fantastic experience! She explained everything as she did it and really went above and beyond. I'll be going to Eileen for trims and hair care from now on!

Absolutely the best cut and color I've had in years. Eileen really cares about her work and takes her time. She listens and responds authentically--and is very easy to talk to. She uses great products and is very calm--she doesn't pry while still showing a real interest in who you are. I will definitely be back!

I specifically go to salons because barbers tend to cut my hair way too short. I made lori jade of #43 untamed hair aware of this, and I still walked out with an EXTREMELY significant hair cut looking like I joined the military. Extremely upset and confused as to why she cut it so short when I made her aware not to.

This is the first time in years that I have loved my hair! Eileen is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for all services! She spent time in consultation to fully understand the cut and color that I wanted and it was PERFECT! My hair is thick and curly and often difficult to cut, but Eileen knew exactly what I needed!! I have seen her three times now and have booked my next two appointments. Having a stylist that you can trust and enjoy spending time with is priceless! I am so happy I found Hair by Eileen!!

Eileen is an absolute artist! I was lucky enough initially to get a referral from one of her clients to see her and now, I fly in from Northern California every few months just to see her! She cuts my hair in a way that looks so very good but yet, makes it easy for me to style on my own daily. She was voted Best in New Braunfels but I reckon that she is the best in the business!

My hairdresser has her shop in a Salons By JC branch. The building that holds the shops is well taken care of and the people at the front desk are friendly. The important thing is, my hairdresser, who I've gone to for years, seems to be happy at JC's, and if she's happy then I'm happy. Now let me let ya about my hair lady....
