I recently traded in my 2015 Tahoe for a 2020 Siera 1500 Denali pickup. The process was smooth and efficient. The trade in was fair and they transition was smooth. The process only took a couple hours. I had a couple add one and Gunn handled them as well.

Amazing service at the dealer every time I visited. What I appreciated the most is I dropped off the car for oil change service and left. The service advisor noticed a noise coming from the engine bay and asked the tech to diagnose it. It turned out that my idler pulley was loose and still under warranty. My service took a bit longer than usual, when I was picking up the car… the advisor notified me of the additional work they completed to get the car back into safe condition. And that they tried calling me multiple times and it went to voicemail so he made the decision to just get the work done.

I had a great experience. The price on the tag is the price you get. My vehicle had 1 add on but they took it off with no problem after I told them I don’t want it. Never felt pressure to buy the vehicle. Customer service from everyone there was respectful and professional. They gave me a high price for GAP but they lowered that as well with no problem. I recommend buying your next vehicle from here.

Go and se James Irizarry at GMC. I promise you won’t be disappointed. He went above and beyond to satisfy me as the buyer. All questions asked were answered and I was even allowed 48 hours to test out the vehicle before I decided to make the purchase. Very happy with my vehicle..

It was ok. I received the report from the technician on the “failed” diagnostic. One of the things that failed was the gas cap……. The gas cap.
I was given a price of 279.10. When I picked it up it was $293.98. He said yeah, taxes…which I get, but don’t tell me, or any other customer the total unless you include the tax. “The service was $xxx and with taxes it comes out to $xxx.”
And absolutely NO COURTESY service?!? Wash the windshield, vacuum, check the tire pressure, ice cream on us at Dairy Queen…. Sad state of affairs we are in today.

I received exceptional customer service from Owen Palmer, he explained to me about my situation with my negative equity and that choosing this deal would be best for me and also Pete was amazing, I became a bit emotional but he was understanding and was not pushy he allowed me to take a minute to make my decision. I am pleased with my purchase and I am loving my new Buick. First time Buick owner!!

Joseph took care of me and my truck. I was in for an oil change and to have my rear taillight fixed. They drove to their sister store for the part and had me running in no time!!! As always, GMC takes great care of me!! Thank you, guys!!
