Incredibly rude staff and blamed a customer for tripping on their obnoxious display stand. The stand covers 80% of the walkway and they shouted “why do people not look where they are going”. Customer service is absolute dog

They will not accept a trade in without hdmi cable which may be a corporate policy which I can accept but they will not allow you to transfer your data from you your old Xbox you your new one in store which I personally don’t find acceptable whether it’s a corporate policy or not. Also the the girl who was working was kind of rude about it but that could come down to her knowing it’s unreasonable and management being strict about the policy I’m sure wanting to transfer data is a common request.

The lady wasn't very pleasant. And didn't seem interested in what I was purchasing unless it was a system. First time at this on and will be my last. I'll look for classifieds elsewhere

Employees will tell you one thing one day and then completely disregard it the following day. Will allow things for certain customers but not for others. Went in to return item, told me to come back the next day to be able to look up purchase in the system but then said my item wasn’t eligible to return. Tried to talk to a manager and then they said couldn’t return because it was past the time frame. Make up your minds about your store policy and stick with it. Better off buying collectibles at Best Buy or Target or ANYWHERE other location

Not a good visit. My grandson is 11 and the person totally disregarded his selection and sold him something he couldn't use. Not happy
