Had a firt-rate experience with our sales guy, Tristan, as my wife and I shopped for a new mattress. Tristan took his time showing us a variety of mattresses. He listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable in the different brands and different types within each brand yet was never pushy. In the end, I felt we were given space to make the decision that we were comfortable with all the way around.
