Today was my first experience at Forum Nail Spa. I really appreciate many things about their business. They are very clear about pricing. I had a bad experience in Schwertz where they did not speak English hardly at all and were not forthcoming about extra charges.
I appreciate that TV’s are on but no sound. Just subtitles.
Finally, May was my technician. She was very efficient, did good education, and speaks English very well. These are things that are important to me.

Being completely honest in this review the service and massage was mediocre but wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. Every time I’ve been here service seemed rushed and the lady who did my daughters mini pedicure was rude and rushed though hers even faster when asked if she got a massage she got upset and disregarded us. It was my daughter’s first time getting a pedicure since she’s 10 so the experience was not what i expected for her which was disappointing. The massage was horrible it was 2 min, they got me to upgrade but for what the massage on all three of us lasted 2 mins I think they need to clarify that part that the massage starts when they start the whole pedicure process. I don’t think I’ll be coming back don’t waste your time being rushed there are plenty of nail salons that do a better job just thought this one was. But guess not

Kayla and Anna were amazing on me and my wife’s pedicures . This was by far the best foot massage I ever had, and the products used were awesome. I highly recommend anyone with military feet needing some tender love and care on your feet to visit these ladies…

I highly recommend the services at the Forum Nail Spa! Betty has taken care of my nails for several years and always does an outstanding job. I wouldn't use anyone but her!
I also had lash extensions done for the 1st time at the Forum. Emily listened to what I was looking for with my lashes and did an excellent job and I'm very happy with the results!

ASK FOR TRACEY!! Service is AMAZING!! The quality there is awesome! The vibe there is very chill and fun, can't go wrong. They have a waxing room, a huge room for doing manicures and a separate huge room for pedicures. Ask for Tracey!! She great!! I was a walk-in and needed my eyebrows waxed! She was quick. They came out perfect! She asked if I'd like my nails done and I was concerned about time but she said dip would be quick. I've never done dip so it was my first time. I LOVE IT!! She told me about the benefits of dip especially because my nails chip easily they were a better opt for me. It was a very good experience. She is super nice! I will definitely be coming here from now on!

Got my son a pedicure for his senior prom night & he loved it. Said it felt so soothing to his feet. ??? Have a variety of package packs for lots of things they soak with.

This place is beautiful and clean. They are on top of it and give fast service. The owner and nail technicians are really friendly as well as attentive to the clients throughout the salon. The reason it lost stars was the pushback of refusing additional service. I feel as though any professional needs to respect the boundaries of the client when they say "no" I didn't appreciate being pressured into additional services after my repeating multiple no response. I understand upselling but when I'm trying to relax it makes my experience unpleasant. The price for a pedi was $35 I added $12 waxing ( I was told it was $12). I understand there is a price of Shellac and taking off one toe nail of paint ( other salons do it for free ) would cost but somehow I ended up paying $80. The price is not worth the service. I will not be returning.

This place is awesome! I have been coming here for almost 20 years and have seen this place grow. From hairstylists to nail technicians, I have had MANY wonderful experiences. The few (less than a handful) have been a matter of simple miscommunication, but we're followed by agreeable solutions. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My hairstylist (Kimmie) and nail tech (Sami) always listen to what I'm wanting and even offering suggestions to improve my design or style! Sami even knows what drink to have waiting for me!! Thank you for all you do!!

Lost my trust. Don't know if I'm going back. I have to go back for fixes too much and this past time I was charged by one of my regular nail techs. 7 dollars for one nail that was just over a week old. The fixed nail shape doesn't match the rest. Most of them weren't as friendly and I felt like I was bothering them
I usually don't write reviews but it rubbed me the wrong way
