This is one of my favorite fedex locations. Actually it’s the only one I go to. They’ve watched my newborn have her first birthday. They are always patient with my mom brain and high strung/energy baby. This is the same across all of their staff members I’ve encountered there.

I want to leave a review about a worker named Jessica, whom helped me over the weekend. I can not express my gratitude towards her help in the situation I was in. She almost made me cry with her politeness and positivity during our whole encounter, and went above and beyond for me in my situation. Thank you so much Jessica, I am greatly appreciated of you. ❤️

After arriving and finding 3 other customers waiting, I figured it would be a while. Almost immediately, Alfonzo came forward from performing a task to ask if he could help me. I told him that others were there before me.... and he said... They are all being serviced, so you are indeed next. AWESOME.... Most times... a "clerk" would just let you flounder for a while and THEN ask. This shows initiative on Alfonzo's part and for that I am grateful. Thank You.

Love going to this Fed Ex site over all the others. Everyone that works here is always super friendly and provide quality service at a quick pace. I don't think I've ever waited in line for more than 5 minutes.

Incredible customer service from Lauren. She took her time to help sending a fax that I was having a lot of trouble to send it. Really appreciate that and strong recommend everyone that need any help with packing and fax to stop by this location. Thank you very much!

If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. The print people are AWESOME!! I sometimes have to have blueprints on short notice and they always get it done ASAP; great crew, great staff.
