Damalia is great! I have finally found a professional stylist who knows how to cut my coily hair. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. She educated me about how to take care of my own hair between visits. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going here for almost a year and I have nothing but positive things to say. My hair is an important part of my identity and I was a little nervous about coming to a new place after being burned the last time I tried a new hair stylist. A great atmosphere and a stylist who makes you feel comfortable in her chair.
I appreciate how she is always on time and I never have to wait until after my scheduled time (other salons in San Antonio will over book & have you wait 30 mins-1 hour after your scheduled appointment). Good service is hard to find these days let alone great service!!

Very professional! She got started on time and I love the results. My hair was very damaged but after this appointment it feels much healthier. I love the emphasis on healthy AND beautiful hair. I highly recommend this hair studio and will be telling all my friends!

Let me say this, the patience these women had for my hair was AMAZING!!! The work that they had to do was not easy but they got it done and did a beautiful job on my hair. Im already planning on going back. I was recommended by a friend and plan to recommend to others!!!

Firstly let me say the atmosphere here is amazing. Came in, smells amazing soon as you come in.. I scheduled a curly girl cut. During the consultation she informed me that the first curly cut is usually going to seem shorter than normal because of the shrinkage but as it dries it will drop to a nice shape. Got an amazing shampoo, mask & steam! The cut itself she went over everything step by step letting me know what she was doing and then even afterwards told me how to style and which products she recommends for the best styling! 10/10 recommend. Mrs Damalia is the curl guru and am so happy she’s given my curls life again ?Service: Haircut

I'm in tears after this salon experience not only was my hair at bra length, she cut my hair to ear length,? and I only came for a color consultation. and she told me that she couldn't work with my hair in less she trims it but she did a big chop instead I have been natural for four years without a rexlar and I have not straightened it sent 2017 now my hair is ear length so, please don't come here if you are natural and want a professional experience. And I will be letting as many people I know and tell them don't come here because you will be highly disappointed FYI Just because someone has a diploma in hair didn't mean that they know natural hair on their website?

Worse experience I ever had, my natural hair was at bra length, and now it at ear length. She politely asks how long is your hair just to cut it off to get extra money. either though you told her you just want a color consultant for your hair. this was my first salon experience and I high disappoint. She told me that she couldn't work with me in less I get a cut/trim but I told her I trim my hair one month, age but she told me that I not a professional so I told hair a little trim but she cut my hair to ear length but when I pull my hair is so uneven and the back is short then the front And the front is larger the back. So don't believe some salons just because they say that they have a license in hair

Very very disappointed. Got a gift card as a Christmas gift because I never treat myself to any hair/nail service or massage and decided I’d get my hair highlighted. Scheduled appt and after being asked numerous times to confirm, they cancel on me last minute but want me to come in for consultation. I will take my business elsewhere where my time is valued.
