We were on the hunt for a specific RV and found it at Crestview RV in Selma, TX. Hands down the best service by all members of the sales, service, management, and financing staff. I had a great experience working with Jared, Bob, and Francisco from Crestview RV. I am active duty military and am normally stationed in California. I lived out of my previous RV for 14 months until it was flooded and totaled. While out here, I decided to start shopping for a new RV. When I told my circumstances to Jared, he offered a short-term storage option for me to consider and gave recommendations of local vendors that could assist me in shipping the RV, if I decided to buy from Crestview. Bob was extremely helpful with the financing piece and was in constant communication until everything went through financially. Francisco was my servicing technician, and he was super knowledgeable about the RV. He gave me recommendations of what to purchase to further enhance the functionality of the trailer. Needless to say, I purchased from them for that positive experience and also because the price was extremely competitive to what's on the market. Buy from Crestview!

My wife and I are retirees and began searching for our first travel trailer acouple of months ago. We shopped around SanAntonio and Austin and places in between for weeks and ended up purchasing a Jayco from Crestview in Selma, that we hope will provide us with a great deal of fun with family and many good memories!Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better guide in this process than our sales agent, Tony Rodriguez. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and as patient as anyone I've ever met! He answered a million questions and never, ever applied pressure. Tony made us feel very comfortable and was a genuine pleasure to be around!Jesus and JD... bless their hearts. They worked their tails off making sure that everything was just right for us before we pulled the travel trailer off the lot! All three gentlemen are to be commended for their commitment to excellence...and, did I mention, patience!Jesus did agreat job of orienting us with the camper and making sure that we understood everything that we needed to know before we get out on the road.We simply cannot recommend Crestview RV Sales of Selma highly enough if you are in the market for a new or used RV or camper.

THIS IS THE SPOT TO GET AN RV! So happy with our experience currently writing this as we drive off with our new camper! The customer service was immaculate! From the 1st Facebook message(Steve) we inquired about to the purchase point(Tony R)! Very welcoming and knowledgeable, at no point did we feel pressured or ignored(like we experienced before discovering this place) they even allow you time to look at RVs alone with check ins. Also the Walk through/inspection process with Jacob was VERY understanding and helpful with any question or concern we had. All 3 guys my husband and I dealt with were overall GREAT and we’ll definitely recommend EVERYONE & ANYONE here!-Peralta OpenRange

Do not believe anything they say! We bought a new Class C Leprechaun there from Rene. She lied to us about the RV which already had water damage. When we noticed it before signing papers, Rene said she would buy us lunch when they fixed it. Ha! It took months & several weeks in the shop. Never ever got the damaged trim replaced & believe me, we tried. Rene’s husband is the shop manager & so whatever she tells you about service is likely false. We came to pick up the RV one week & there was mud strung all the way through our RV. This was our home at the time & they knew that! Disgusting place full of lies. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I wish I would have listened to some of those bad reviews.

Finance straight up lied to me, knowing I'm going to be in the middle of no where and told me the warranty I bought will cover me no matter what or when. Well, 4 months later, I have no hot water, no stove, no heater. Now I had to drive 2.5 hours to buy a space heater for so my family doesn't freeze in 8 degree weather. You seriously expect me to pay someone to drive my RV to San Antonio or Las Cruces New Mexico. Straight trash. Had an opportunity to rent a house but this was a better situation, well not anymore when you have a wife, daughter, myself having to sleep in the car in 8 degree temperatures. Worst mistake ever. Should have known that was just a sales pitch knowing I'm gonna be in the middle of nowhere...oh yeah, they'll go where ever you are. We'll I'm guessing they weren't expecting anything to fail within the 1st year of buying it. Well that's what I get for listening and probably that's within the fine print somewhere.Update, I got a phone call, they still can't help. They expect me to get a mobile service, pay for everything on my own. Now I'm just going to sell this garbage and get what ever I can get for it. Never again will I ever buy an RV because I was told this garbage extended warranty will make one phone call and they'll come to me. Now I can't because they just wanted a quick commission in finance. Never ever will buy an RV. Like a friend said, I should have just rented a home. Now I got about $40 worth of food I can't eat that I'm gonna have to dump because I don't have a stove. Thanks Crestview my first RV experience the worst. Was considering buying a bigger RV next month. But not anymore. I'm 100% done with RV's. Worst experience ever.

**** Update - 1 year after the sale ***Service after the sale is absolutely terrible. They offer no real assistance to their buyers after the sale, haven't been able to help with any issues that we've had. Instead they simply direct you to call or take the unit to another provider for work needed. Buyers beware.... "We don't take care of that here"*** Original - 5 star review ***Jared, Scott, and the rest of the Crestview team made our buying experience easy and stress free. If you're looking for an RV, I highly recommend making Crestview RV your 1st stop!

We purchased a 2023 1760 bh from Crestview RV. Renee was excellent during our journey. She had answers to most of our questions and got for the ones she did not. Parts department TJ was on point with any extras we need in the near future. James to service tech was top notch in getting use ready for delivery and walk through. Very happy with our purchase. Looking forward to the Road Show next month. We will bring friends.
