“Customer representatives on the floor are exceptional. Cashiers are a hit-and-miss regarding knowledge of discounts and returns. Within the last few weeks, I've made five trips and had different experiences.
I haven't shopped at an OLD NAVY in 5 years, lol. During my recent visits, I had a bad experience with some cashiers at this location. I won't bore you with the details due to the inconsistency in combining discounts.
My last trip, Ms Larken, was amazing ? she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess created by another cashier on my refunds (returns).
Ms Larken was patient, understanding, and supportive. She listened, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and was able to fix the incorrect refunds.
It's rare to find genuine souls in customer service nowadays.
Kudos to Ms Larken, and Thank you for all you do! You make it worth stopping by this location in the future. Keep up the great work, and see you next time. ?”

“Update Aviva my new favorite store to shop all crafting supplies. The ladies at the front desk are always working hard and very dedicated to helping each customer and the price are amazing for the great quality products they have in store for all the customersI really enjoyed Aviva wholesale my first time there it was very clean and organized and clear as to what the price are for each item. There were lots of different choices to choose from. I was very pleased with my experience and recommended if your looking for blank shirts,sweatshirts,tanks, shorts or anything else this is a great place to startUpdate time I went back today and got more shirts and also was able to purchase a sublimation print from them. “For anyone beginning their dance journey, specifically pointe, I would recommend hopping into the shop and seeing Nina. She is beyond patient, accommodating, and listens intently to make sure that she can find the right fit and shoe for each individual dancer. She even took the opportunity to ask about my background and other genres of dance, as point is something that I have not visited in quite some time as contemporary has always had my heart. But change is good!Something else that makes the shop truly amazing, is the fact that when I had 100 questions for Nina, she never seemed irritated or anxious to be finished with my fitting. She was very clear about what I needed to bring, the expectations, and even gave me some additional details about my feet that I never realized.Her honesty also makes her incredibly trustworthy. She’s not going to sell you a shoe simply because it’s popular, she’s in a hurry, or it’s what you like. Her main goal is to ensure that the dancer is kept comfortable and safe. “This place is my addiction. Where else can one justify spending $150-$300 weekly? It's necessities at bargain basement prices, y'all!...but the girls at the check-out have a bad habit of overlooking ink security tags and leaving them attached to purchased clothes and shoes despite setting off the security alarm before exiting and again after post-double check clearance. Sure enough, I find the tag once home...that send me back the next day, and I end up dropping another round of bucks!”

“I was doing some last minute shopping and Micheal was a HUGE help looking around. I couldn't find what I was looking for and had asked for assistance and he guided me to where all the products I had missed were and pointed out a few more. I also had a bunch of bags from shopping and he offered me a large paper bag to help carry all the plastic ones digging into my arm. “It was my first time shopping at a Ross store. It was clean and had good prices. It was also laid out so I could find what I was looking for. The only down side was that I felt I was in a thrift store . I did, however, get a couple of things at good prices.”

One caters to dress uniform alterations and the other basically creates name tags for everyday uniforms, as well as name tags for dress uniform with a turn around time of within 24 hrs.”
