The staff is always friendly and greets each customer as they enter the store. I guess I shop often as they greet me by name..The store has a great selection and I always manage to find something.

Don't waist you time here Ladies. They rarely take anything. Took good bags of clothes here even leather jackets and unworn boots, they only took a few shirts. Only made enough to pay for the gas I waisted to get there. And their shoes are way over prized $26-$54 shoes. Not worth it.

I went to this location not that while ago and I had a very bad experience. Vilma is the lady that helped my gf sell her clothes and she was very rude to my girlfriend when she first came up and didn’t take her clothes that are in style but took a jacket that wasn’t in style and only gave two dollars for it

The staff who buys your items is making it into a Platos Closet. Targeting the young teen and early 20's attire. If you're an older conservative woman trying to sell your name brand clothing they won't buy cause it doesn't suit their age range. Originally when the store first opened it was for the casual conservative woman and now they've turned it into young college attire.

Went in with 3 buckets of trendy gently used some new with tags clothes and they offered me $54. Took HALF the clothes to Uptown Cheapskate and they offered me $92. Do with that information how you’d like..

They have some cute clothes if you want to buy here but I do not recommend selling here. I brought in a brand new dress with tags attached that I bought for almost $100 and a brand new perfume that I bought for $70 and they were trying to offer me $9 in total for both! On top of that, I found a dress there that I liked that had an original tag on it from Ross saying it was $12 at Ross but the Clothes Mentor tag said they were reselling it for $20 and they wouldn't change it. Absolutely ridiculous, I ended up selling the dress on Poshmark for $65 within 2 days of posting it. I'm not sure I even want to shop here anymore

Terrible terrible taste of fashion. I had a LARGE amount of clothes that weren’t just from SHEIN but some fashion nova and others else where with tags brand new GREAT quality and they told me it’s used, not in style etc. This place has no taste in fashion. I walked around the store looking what they have and I wasn’t impressed either. Not to mention the way they put my clothes back too just threw it in my basket. Will NEVER sell here ever again and sadly this my first time here.

My experience here wasn’t that great. To begin with I was referred to by a family friend to come here only to be let down. One of the girls up front looked at me like ?? and when I told her I’d be back I have a few more things to bring in she was like uh okay? Seemed like she hates her life and job and just gave off unfriendly vibes. While on the other hand the other girl up front was very nice and friendly and explained how the selling process works there and said it would take 30-45 minutes… it took like 5 minutes for her to go through my bag full of clothes to only pick out 3 items and offer $6 lol. It seems more like they’re looking for items that they themselves like. You’re better off selling your things on Facebook market because this place is definitely a scam.
