I was a loyal client there a few years ago. I have never been back since I had the worst experience by Gail Barrios. The week of my wedding we had planned for her to do my hair, maintaining contact with her throughout the day and letting her know I would be running late, I work off of i10/1604 area and to get to the forum area and traffic time any time around 4:30 and after that it takes forever. I still have the FB messages of that day. She did my hair over bleached my hair and left it purple. I do not recommend going to her.

I have been coming here for six years and NEVER had an issue. I am neither too hot nor too cold. Carmen continues to do a wonderful job cutting and coloring my hair. She also has a lot of suites that are rented out. They offer different services, I highly recommend to check things out and form your own opinion.

I absolutely love my hair stylist! However, when I was getting my hair highlighted it was 79 degrees in there. Once it was time to be under a heat lamp i was miserable! Great work but way too hot. Unless you want to sweat profusely, you may want to look elsewhere.

I made an appointment online and wasn't really sure who I was going to get, so I was going in blind as I've never been there before. My 1st appointment there was with Kelly. She listened to me and gave me the exact cut that I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her in the future.

Excellent service. Jacob met me at the door and took me to his suite. Once there it was quiet and relaxing. He is very professional and understood what I wanted even when I didn't articulate it well. I would definitely recommend him. Actually looking forward to my next hair cut instead of dreading it. Thanks so much Jacob!

Went for first time today and was very impressed. Met me at the door, had a nice suite. I'm not well versed in hairstyles but he was able to take my extremely vague preferences (shorter on the sides, about the same on top) and turn it into an excellent haircut. Will be going back, would definitely recommend.
