This has been one of the worst dealerships to deal with when coming to customer service. We paid cash for a $100+K truck 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate 3500 and manager on shift treated me like I was dirt when I was frustrated that it was taking 2 hours plus to get a cash deal truck purchase done. Normally these deals take 15-30 min to go through finance when they are cash deals. Truck came with some issues from factory that they said they would fix. 3 months after truck purchase no one has reached out with any updates for warranty work or where the parts are at. Now today I call to find out what happened to my title paper work and they said " Oh yeah it got sent back to us" when were they going to call to say it didn't get sent out correctly? Now I'm asking for a replacement temp tag and the dealer is saying go to your dmv its not our issue even though they just said they messed the title paper work up.

Purchased a key fob and had it programmed at the service department. $211 for the fob and $120 to mate it to the car. I did NOT get a key cut - just the fob. When I got home and looked at the bill, I noticed they had charged $12.00 for "shop supplies." Confused as to what "shop supplies" are associated with a key fob programming, I called back the next day to ask about it. Unsurprisingly, the service advisor could not articulate a good reason to charge for "shop supplies" for a key fob programming. She put me on hold to ask her manager, and came back with "we charge that to everybody, regardless of what you come in for. It's the cost of doing business."

I have bought several cars throughout the course of my life and it is one of the things I loathe most. I have never interacted with a salesman where I didn't feel like they were a vulture who pretended to have my best interest at heart but in reality they were just playing me to earn a buck. Then you have the negotiating part which is equally as horrible and the financing where everything is an up sale. I never have any desire to interact with people who are not genuine unless I absolutely have too. Two nights ago I was in search of a new truck. I messaged several dealers throughout the day and the particular truck I was looking for wasn't available anywhere but everyone would try to convince me why I wanted something different only because it's what they had available on their lot. At 10:30pm I found something I was interested in and submitted an inquiry. Because it was really late I didn't expect a response until the morning. To my surprise, within a couple of minutes, Carlos Polino text me letting me know that the truck was available and he would love to show it to me the next day. The next morning he followed up and we arranged a time for me to go. My schedule is hectic but I showed up early because I was free, not expecting him to be available. To my surprise he was standing at the front of the store and immediately greeted me. At the young age of 21 he lead with humility and grace. His knowledge of the GMC brand and specific products was very impressive. You could tell that he wasn't just passionate about trucks and cars but he also took a lot of pride and loved his job. He frequently offered water and snacks as we went through the process and at the end of it all we walked away purchasing two vehicles for our family. He introduced us to Steve (management) who was equally as friendly and. had a genuine interest in who we are and what we do. This was hands down the greatest car buying experience I have ever encountered by an amazing team of individuals. I would encourage anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to go out and visit Carlos.

Yesterday while shopping at Gunn, my salesman Sergio paid zero mind to me as a customer. He didn't seem to know much about the product I was there to see nor did he seem to be trying to sell it to me. After our test drive I wanted a second to think about it considering everything. We went to eat and when we arrived back to the dealership, we went inside but my pregnant wife had to use the restroom. Sergio and I locked eyes immediately after walking through the door but he did not greet us or wave nor offer us a water etc. After she used the restroom we sat in the waiting area and texted Sergio where we were but he never came to us. After waiting about 30 minutes and texting back and forth he let me know I could not BVA the vehicle. I wanted to borrow it for an hour or so to completely decide on the purchase as we drove up from Corpus on Friday and would not be able to do the 48 hour return policy if something ended up being wrong with the vehicle. We felt unwelcome and unwanted after the entire interaction and lack of customer service we left to look at other dealerships. After looking around my heart was still set on the vehicle at Gunn so I again texted Sergio, who then began seemingly deflating me from making the purchase. Again today I have been trying to reach out to Sergio, Sales Manager Rodolfo, & General Sales Manager Richard Roe and no one has gotten back to me. Horrible customer service and we are very disappointed in our experience. I will never recommend Gunn to any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased my vehicle in March and I got this email today saying my strut is leaking from a visit May 23rd (note the replacement cost). The SUV had barely been driven 1K miles at that time and it was never brought to my attention before purchasing or during the May 23rd drop off. I believe they knew about the issue and just didn't address it because of the cost to fix and left it to me, the customer, to inherit the maintenance cost. Not too thrilled about getting stuck with this bill but certainly will be taking it elsewhere to repair since they won't make it right.

My experience was very disappointing! I put down a refundable $500 for a vehicle that I wouldn't be able to see til the weekend. Got there on the weekend and the vehicle was not ready (allegedly detail crew noticed battery was 3 years old but still works so they ordered a new battery). Salesperson knew I was coming for an appointment and wanted to look at other vehicles so I can make the best choice. He never pulled up any other vehicles, kept me in the lobby instead of inviting me to his office so that we can discuss options. Never even offered water or anything. Seemed to try to work with other people when he knew I was coming. We had been in contact for 3-4 days prior. I told salesperson that I want my deposit back but he kept trying to sell me a vehicle. Eventually (via text) he just gave me a thumbs up emoji regarding my deposit being refunded. Three days later, I still haven't got my deposit. I've tried to contact a manager but I don't get an answer. Terrible, terrible service!!

I've been a customer for almost 2 years. Basic service/maintenance is quick. Although, the "recommended" services are pricey. I like they don't pressure you to do anything more than what you came in for. Service advisor, Jessica, is the sweetest and makes sure I'm given accurate and honest information. She's attentive and answers all my questions.

Where to even start. I bought a 2020 GMC Denali 2500 "Certified pre-Owned" the buying process went relatively smooth. Our Sale associate was great I have nothing against him. Once the sale was completed and I left I noticed the Low Def fluid alert and my fuel filter was at 56%. When I called and voiced my concern they told me that the fuel filter alert should have been cleared because they changed it. At this time they still had my trust. Shortly after buying the truck (2-3 thousand miles later) I had a check engine light come on,when I brought the truck into service they claimed they couldn't find/recreate the issue. When I went in to pick up my truck the door had damage, before driving off I pointed out the damage and took videos and pictures. They claimed "their photos of the time of drop off are blurry and they can't determine if the truck had the damage prior to drop off) I was highly upset at this time but needed my truck for towing. Round two of check engine light: After another thousand or so miles my truck would start or even turn over but had power. I got it started and brought the truck in to the service department, after very little communication across 7-8 days I went into the office and they claimed yet again they couldn't recreate or find a problem. After speaking to the assistant director he asked me to give him a few more days. I filed a complaint with Gm and the very next day they claimed my batteries were the issue. At this time I've lost trust in the dealership but my first oil change was on them so after 6,000ish miles I took my truck in for service. They came to me with a list of things due pictures below. Some recommended every 10,000-15,000 miles ( that fuel filter was one) they also asked for my wheel lock.. come to find out I never received it with the purchase so I spoke to the sales team as recommended by the service department. They couldn't provide a wheel lock cause they didn't have one. I also still haven't received a receiver insert that they told me they would get for me. At this time Gunn does NOT have mine or my families service. Our Yukon Denali will be purchased somewhere else. Bought a $80,000 truck and Got overall rude service (minus my sales associate) My door is still damaged. I have no wheel lock. I have no receiver insert. Gunn GMC is a rude untrustworthy Dealership.

Christopher Jones is a complete Liar!!!! Worst business in Selma Tx. These crooks have vehicles for sale in their parking lot at a certain price then when you go to start the paperwork after approval they mark up the price saying they forgot to add $10,000 plus for additions. Bait and switch laws are a big No No in Texas!!!! Shop somewhere else.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Let's just say I completely understand there is a shortage of vehicles and employees everywhere but my gosh it's one thing after another here. 1. Features I was told I would have in my vehicle when it arrived was false. I signed all the documents before I actually got my vehicle since it hadn't arrived yet. 2. My vehicle was delayed after I signed several times. The morning it came in I was told it would be ready that evening. By that evening I was told it wasn't done going through cleaning and inspection. I needed my vehicle that night because I had commitments that weekend in which I couldn't move around so they said I could come pick it up. When I picked it up it was dirty with finger prints on the seat from maintenance. These are white seats so it showed. There were nicks and scrapes on the outer part. I was being very picky bc when you pay for a vehicle this expensive, you expect it to be flawless. Here's my issue, I can't get any of this fixed bc they don't have loaners and I don't have days to go without a loaner to get those fixed. They couldn't give me a timeline. Photos are from The initial walkthrough. 3. When I picked up the vehicle, someone else helped me since my salesman was gone. Unfortunately, I was not set up with the intro to my vehicle to set up anything or get taught how to utilize all the functions it comes with. 4. Somewhere someone messed up on the payoff portion of my vehicle. I don't believe it was the gentleman who actually did my paperwork but I believe it happened in accounting. What's my issue? I purchased my vehicle the first week of April. There was a 10 day payoff for my trade in. On April 24th my old finance company drafted the vehicle payment out of my account. When I caught this I contacted the finance company and they informed me they had not received the payoff from the dealership. Therefore it's an active loan. I contacted the salesman and asked him to check on this since I couldn't get in touch with finance. He assured me someone would call me but they didn't. I tried to be patient and give it time. I found out that my previous finance company received payment on May 5. Unfortunately, the payoff was outside the 10 day payoff. What this means is my reimbursement for them drafting my payment was less because more interest accrued. The $40 is not a big deal, the issue is this dealership wouldn't call me back to address this. The other issue is I had the old payment come out after this dealership had more than enough time to pay it. I was going to have to wait for reimbursement. Plus my new payment was due. I finally spoke to one guy who assured me he would call me back with more details. No one ever called me back, nor left me a message. This is poor service. . It's the principle behind all things frustrating with this dealership. 5. My license plate only has one screw holding it on. How tacky. So as of today, since first week of April- my vehicle repairs aren't done. I never did get the finance portion fixed. I give it 2 stars bc the guy in finance was really nice and respectful when I signed. But after that never called me back to discuss this issue with the payments. The salesman was nice and I'm giving him a break for not knowing as much.

Marcos the sales person did a great job. He was quick And proficient. Followed up, call me back when he said he would, and just did an all-around good job. Finance was also quick and proficient. No gimmicks. Just a straight price and took care of me well. Thanks for an easy experience.

We are traveling around the country in our RV. Our tow vehicle became disabled, which was very stressful for us. We had it towed to Gunn Buick. When it arrived, Jessica immediately called us. During the entire process, she did an amazing job of keeping us informed as to what the service techs discovered. She even called us the next day, on her day off. When we arrived the next day to pick up our Envision, Anad (our service rep) took the time to explain exactly what failed and how they fixed our car. We were so impressed with Gunn's customer service and how quickly they got us back on the road!! Thank you again. You're the best!!
