I had a fantastic experience with Nick and Michael at Audi North Point while purchasing my new 2024 Audi A5. Initially, I was set on the Q3, but their expertise and genuine enthusiasm led me to the A5, which turned out to be the perfect fit. Even after initial setbacks with Audi dealers in Austin, they went above and beyond to secure an unbeatable deal for me.
Despite my long two-hour drive, Nick and Michael stayed after hours to ensure everything with my new car was perfect. They provided a thorough walkthrough and made sure I was completely comfortable before leaving. The whole process was incredibly efficient, and I was in and out within 30 minutes.
I am thrilled with my decision and will certainly refer anyone interested in an Audi to this dealership. Their dedication and customer service truly set them apart.

I purchased a 2025 Audi Q7 in July 2024 and offered incentives totaling $7000 yet when completing the purchase paperwork with Manual Garfias, these incentives were reduced to $4500. Mr. Garfias requests to email the paperwork at the time of purchase and it takes him 1 full week to email them. When I receive the paperwork, I asked Mr. Garfias why my incentive was reduced. He proceeds to claim this was fully disclosed at the time of purchase, yet when I state it was not the manager suggests to review the video of the transaction. When I am told the video is UNAVAILABLE, I request to speak to the GM, Todd Vagi. Mr. Vagi does not acknowledge Mr. Garfias deceitfulness but simply gives me the option (if I want the full $7000) to refinance my vehicle with a local credit union at a higher APR costing me an additional $2100. This offer was not only insulting but unappealing! While I love my Audi Q7, I will NEVER give Audi North Park any future business and will strive to post this review on all platforms available to inform any future buyers to beware of this dealerships deceitful practices!
9/15/24: Thank you for your response, Mr. Vagi, but please stop lying. In your response, you stated "I opted" when in fact I was not given an option. Your employee simply reduced the incentive at time of purchase without informing me and only addressed it ONE WEEK later when I received the paperwork and questioned it. Secondly, I understand that Audi does not allow its buyers to accept both the special APR and all the rebates, yet as I explained to you I WAS NOT TOLD and this is NOT stated on the website. To further prove I was not told, when it was suggested to review the videotape of this transaction the tape was conveniently UNAVAILABLE. Lastly, in your response you refer to a "great solution" yet neglect to clarify the "similar APR" was HIGHER costing me an additional $2100.00 and the extra payment you offered to make on my behalf, was a promotion I had ALREADY received for buying my vehicle from AUDI in July 2024. You even stated "if I was family you would advise me against this offer" but now in your response referred to it as a "great solution", DECEITFUL. I realize now my experience was not isolated and unique, but would refer future buyers to your Yelp reviews of 2.4 out of 5 and your D+ rating with BBB.

Not the best car buying experience. We were coming from out of town to buy a pre-owned vehicle and I asked specific questions about the condition of the vehicle and found out when we got there that the vehicle wasn’t in the best shape. I felt the pressure to buy since we had already driven all the way there but now the issues with the car are bothersome to me and I really wish I would have known. Live and learn I guess.

Service was ready for me when I arrived, professional and friendly. Gave me an estimate on time to perform my service which was accurate. Car was ready on time and waiting for me, washed and vacuumed when I came in to pick it up. Can't ask for more.

I was unfortunately involved in an accident and my car was totaled. We looked at several options and made the right choice when we purchased my new vehicle from Audi North Park. I honestly went there just to test drive a vehicle and loved the car, the dealership and the sales team. The whole process was efficient and hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I know I will be in good hands and feel confident that my vehicle will get the best service. I could say every positive word possible and it still would not be enough to describe my experience with Audi North Park!
