A very kind young lady named Kim stepped in right away to help me find the jeans that fit right and checked all my needs. If not for her, I would have turned around and left without making a purchase. Kim is an asset to the company and her knowledge of the store was impressive. The prices at Boot Barn have always been a bit high, however the service I received today from Kim was worth every penny. I will definitely be returning. When you go in, ask for Kim, she will help you find exactly what you need/want.”
