I have never had anything but excellent customer service dealing with Customer Service. The help line is better than most, and it’s automated! When I need a live rep, my call is quickly transferred and answered. Those folks have never failed me.

The first time I went to that bank they treated me well and the girl spoke English and I spoke Spanish and she solved my problem.

Had an appt at 10am and got there to Waite early but still had to Waite even after my appointment time. I banked for Wells Fargo for years and to see them go down hill is crazy.
