Terrible customer service. I went to get a check endorsed (insurance/mortgage holder etc), and was told I didn't have the right paperwork, was asked if I could come right back with it and if so I could get the check endorsed. I came back less than 30 minutes later and was told I'd need to make an appointment and it would be at least two weeks until an open spot was available. There was only one banker working and one teller, as the banker was covering the drive thru teller's lunch. A really poor way to run a business, it's no wonder Wells Fargo has such poor customer satisfaction. If they hadn't bought my mortgage there's no way I would be doing any kind of business with them.

There is no possible way to get a real person to answer the phone at this Wells Fargo, ever.

Worst bank ever!! The folks there always seem to find something wrong with my deposit and it's getting ridiculous. They always seem to lose my receipts, give me the bag, etc. Very incompetent folks working there. Do not bank here at all cost!! Save yourself the aggravation!

Anybody who has an autistic son or daughter knows that if the environment is not right your child going to act out, this will happen even if you don't have a disabled child. Saying this I want to explain that I have a severely autistic son with huge sensory issues. My son was so calm and relaxed in this atmosphere and the workers were so attentive to his needs. I've never been anywhere that my son has been so calm. They were so nice they made sure he was OK then we did what we needed to do. Also even leaving the place he didn't act out at all and when you have a child with autism and they don't act out that is one of the best feelings a parent can have.

Friendly faces but terrible customer care. I was in a jam with a loan agency while working out of town and they required that I leave them a check from the checking account as backup in case I didnt make good on the loan, and needed a new one every time a payment was made. My BoA checkbook left at my home hours away. Apparently, they could not help me in this situation even as I explained to them the problem, and the faceless Branch Manager who made the decision not to take care of this for me did not even care to speak with me about it. Besides that, they charge $20 for a checkbook to access your own funds, hell even 3$ for 2 temporary checks. You should bank with people that will help you when situations arise, or at least try to and Wells Fargo could not accommodate a single temporary check for an account holder. Been with BoA for 13 years and counting and I've never even heard of this kind of customer relations.

For the past several years I have been depositing money ($100K/yr, cash/checks) into a Wells Fargo business account. Today I go to deposit only cash to a personal account for one of my workers and the WF teller demanded my Drivers License. I did so reluctantly because I'm not sure why they need this, the amount I deposited was $331, so I did not meet any 5K or 10K suspicious reporting requirements. The Branch Service Manager tells me its corporate wide directive and sends me a flyer. When I called Wells Fargo Corporate number at the bottom of the flyer, they said this was a branch by branch decision. I wonder why as a patron of the bank I am treated like a crook on one particular action but saint on the other. Nonetheless, I believe I will be changing banks shortly due to this type of treatment from Wells Fargo.

Big time bank with a small town feel to it. That's how I would characterize this Wells Fargo branch. While this branch office offers the consumer and commercial services that you would expect (including mortgaging), the branch left me wondering if it is lacking in something. While the branch doesn't seem to have a shortage in friendly tellers, it does seem to be lacking in bankers. Out of the four desks that I saw, only one banker was available. It took a floater employee to assist the banker with a sign-in sheet that had eight people on it around 2-2:30 PM. I only had an easy task to accomplish, yet when you see folks patiently waiting for 20-30 minutes with serious banking issues and you notice a senior banker behind glass doors just sit at her desk and pick at her fingers, you begin to wonder about this branch's management style & strategy towards its consumers. Again, big time bank with a small town feel to it. Pack a lunch and bring some coffee if you are anticipating a wait time with bankers. It may be a while.

I've banked here since before it was Wells Fargo. In the past couple of years I've noticed a lot of slippage in service. I'm really disappointed that they no longer have the drive-through open early in the mornings. I think this must have started as of January 1, 2016. They used to open at 7:30 AM, making it convenient to go by before work. They now open at 8:30 AM, after most folks in town have to be at their jobs. At least they're open until 6:00 PM and on Saturday mornings so I can still get by there. I really don't understand it - every time I went by in the early hours there were other folks at the drive-through. Admittedly I wasn't by there every day. Guess the volume didn't justify the staffing. Too bad... I've also noticed in recent years that if you go in for lobby service you have to sign in no matter what you want or need. Once you do so you have to sit and wait for a "banker" who is basically a clerk with very little first-hand knowledge about anything short of opening a traditional account or letting you into your lock box. Anything more complicated and they're on the phone calling someone else for help... or worse yet, referring you to their web site. I use the web site extensively, so I've usually tried that already myself from home! I come to the bank in person when I need a little higher level of assistance. I went in for assistance with a new car loan I had gotten (I wanted to set up automatic payments and wanted to be sure I was doing it right, so I wanted their help). After signing in for service and waiting a bit, a banker told me that I should go home and do it online myself! I could have saved the trip. I decided to set it up through bill pay and not use their service. It seems like the fee you to death as well. I'll probably jump ship to a credit union in the near future - I just don't have the time to research and change banks at this time.

I make a commercial deposit Monday thru Friday and 3 to 4 days a week I sit in the drive up for 15 to 20 minutes each time. Can not figure out why. There seems to be a normal amount of people there and today it was only 3 and still a 20 minute wait!!

Such a great bank, I have tried so many other banks in my lifetime and this one has been the best. They make things so easy for you here and everything can be done online so you don't have to even step foot outside your door to take care of your business. If you do happen to go to the physical location though, you will find great customer service and a very comfortable waiting area. Everyone is eager to help you here and always smiles and says hello to you when you are near them. When I opened my accounts I had a wonderful experience and left knowing how all of the bells and whistles of my accounts worked. There was no leaving out of crucial information either like fees or overdraft charges and such. Everything was told to me up front so there would never be any confusion. I was given access to call my customer service contact anytime I needed help as well and even call from time to time to ask what's new. Ease of use and convenience are the best assets here, and having a bank that explains everything in detail is a first for me. I can't tell you how many times I've been stuck with fees or hidden charges at other banks I've been to but I did not hesitate to leave them. This place is by far the highest quality bank around with the best customer service. This is my bank for life and I always recommend this place to friends and family.
