The girl on tonight's shift was not very eager to help me despite my current predicament and need. His answer was clear, the passport photo machine is broken and we do not print documents. It's the first time I've gone and I think the last.

What's the point of offering pick up orders if you're just going to cancel all of them?

At the end of the app doctors do there job to call in make sure you have your script. This place never has it I’m always waiting they are lazy and really are liable for a form of lawsuit. By telling someone they have it then get there and it’s gone. They are have the worst customer service period and probably should maybe look in to politics because they a lot of back pedaling on there lies and what they say and what they tell you they said so I have been recording every time I’ve talk to them. And have about 480 signatures so far for a class action lawsuit against them that is being worked on. You can not hold people’s medical prescriptions hostage and lie with out being held accountable.

I have tried multiple different occasions to place online orders to pick up in store at this location, every last time they are cancelled. No explanation as to why and if they refuse to pull orders then maybe disable it from the stores features. Also they have tried to deny giving me the printed boosters in store from my purchases that print with my receipt.

I was calling to see if my mom's prescription had been filled. I was on hold for 33 minutes until someone picked up the phone. The lady said they were busy, pick up the phone, acknowledge that somebody is waiting and ask if they wanted to continue to hold...never again....hello CVS!

I signed up for the prescription alerts and received a text saying that my prescription was ready for pickup. So I thought that meant……. My prescription was ready to be picked up. Drove almost 20 miles and was told that there was a note on it so it couldn’t be filled until a later date. That’s fine I understand. But when I said something about the text I was told that what it really meant was that they had received the prescription. ?

Place is ok, I rarely go there… but at night I like the way it glows in the night.. I mean as for the inside it’s ok, and some of the managers are ok I never had any problems with them. Overall it’s your typical Walgreens

Please staff appropriately to help speed up the drive thru Pharmacy lanes. The wait time in these lanes is way too long.

Worse pharmacy ever. On hold for 15min which leads into their timed lunch break and it just cuts in and states you can wait the 30min they’ll be on break. Whatever happened to customer service. This place is also the slowest I’ve ever seen at getting, picking and answering questions.

UPDATE 3/23: Called and spoke with the REAL manager.. Vanessa. Just as I suspected, Ariana is NOT the manager. But apparently Vanessa tells all her “leads” that they’re all managers, because when I called and Jessica initially answered the phone and I asked for the manager, that’s exactly what she said- “we’re all managers.” WOW. Sounds like the manager just doesn’t want to take any calls. After telling Vanessa what happened, she was nice enough and said she’d talk to the employee about her attitude, but NEVER once apologized about any of the experience we had. I find that extremely rude and unacceptable. Like manager, like employees. Will DEFINITELY not be shopping this Walgreens again!!Original review from the night of 3/22: Ariana has the worst attitude of any worker we’ve seen in a long time.My husband went to return a walker he bought for me that didn’t meet my needs, and was expensive- $100. Well the receipt was torn at the bottom missing just the barcode/numbers which rude Ariana adamantly stated they had to have. When my husband asked if he could talk to the manager, she piped up and said “I AM the manager!” I sincerely hope not and really don’t think she even is. Every time my husband asked if they could look up the purchase another way (like using our rewards phone number), she’d roll her eyes and condescendingly re-vomit that they have to have the barcode and numbers to do a return. She never offered him any options. She even had the entitled audacity to say “are you going to let me speak?” when she is the one who constantly interrupted him every time he tried to speak. Finally, a tall blonde woman (the real manager??) came and took over and offered my husband store credit. My husband had no problem accepting this as we shop there frequently (although after we use up the store credit, we’ll think twice after this experience!). CVS is right down the road and we’ve never had a problem with rude employees there like this.Little does Ariana know, I have stage 4 cancer and my husband is my caretaker and also works full time. People like Ariana should think about others and what they may be going through before treating people the way she did.And why is the pharmacy always randomly closed?? -not for lunch, but for reasons taped to the pharmacy/drive thru window, for days at a time, as mentioned in other reviews?! We switched our Rx business elsewhere a long time ago due to this ridiculousness.
