“I really like Crossroads, they have such a great vet, and the vet is the main reason that I go she is amazing, caring professional and knowledgeable and No nonsense. The rest of the staff is really great too...but.. there's one lady that is one of the secretary's, the first face that people see and she answers the phones too, and I don't know if she's just unhappy or what but she just always seems like she wants to be anywhere but there EVERY time I bring my animals in... she doesn't seem to care about you or your pet, she answers the phone and is rude. If she smiles I'm worried her face will crack... I don't even like to ask her any questions. She acts like your a huge bother, and I sat there many times and watched people come in and out and she interacts with everybody the same way. RUDELY. She is the reason that I only gave four stars. Her job should not be the first face that people see of Crossroads.. right away you get negative thoughts about the place when in all actuality if you can get past her everything and everybody is wonderful. She really needs a job where she doesn't deal with the public.”
