I needed help with paying a split payment on a phone bill and these guys were able to figure it out without disabling autopay. I was able to get my phone bill paid. So thanks guys. I appreciate it. I highly recommend this store and the people who work here. Such great and helpful people.

Damien Alexander was EXTREMELY patient and customer service oriented. He found us discounts on our bill and was able to upgrade both my husband and son's phones with fast timing and knowledge. My husband and I just had a great experience with Chase at the Verizon store in Seguin. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining different plans. We were offered advice for savings and recommendations for accessory products that made sense for us. The service was genuinely attentive and thorough, and all our questions were answered in detail.

I walked into the Seguin Verizon store for questions and quotes because my family and I have been having issues with our cell phone service and home internet. Adrian welcomed us with a ton of information. I must admit it was a lot, so much we had to leave and think about it. We came to the conclusion we were going to make the switch. After hours of going through the process of switching over to Verizon, we somehow walked out with two new iPhones, two Apple Watches, and a home internet service. We will be back.

damien is probably one of the worst sell mans to this date.i had got a black i phone 15 and he was making thing go smoothly entill i got home and look in the bad and got the box and it says that it’s pre own and i should get a 50 credit not once did damien say that it was pre own and to most customers that isn’t fair/right if we paying that much for a phone that not even new.thanks for letting me get my old phone back ?

Wow, just wow!!! I came in the other day with some difficulties with my phone, and Damien greeted me at the door and was kind and patient. He fixed my issue and offered to look over my account, and WOW, I left with added discounts that saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Damien to everyone. He is very nice and not pushy. Most definitely coming back and tell anyone who needs reliable help and service to go see him.

Damien has helped me with all my phone needs and was very Attentive to any issues I had. Even though it's a sells site and not an IT or tech department he takes his time to help with any issues he can. Most problems have to be fixed by the customer (me) calling tech support. Even though it's something I have to do he still takes the time to make that call for me in store. His Customer service is top notch. He doesn't only care about selling phones he wants to make sure you leave with The confidence that you know how to work your phone.

This store is mining data. They wanted my name, phone, address, and email in order for me to buy a wall charger. If they are not selling the data they will be hacked and there will be a bunch of identity theft. Go to another store!

This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been too. The employees need training. Maybe the New Braunfels store can train them. It’s a way better store based on customer service and knowledge. The employee at this store said “hmm you probably need to contact customer service, we just sell stuff here. “ What?! Like you’re not even going to attempt to help, or provide information. Ok then thanks so much for your NON help!
