It has been three weeks since we moved to our new house and we are still waiting for this post office to assign us a mail box and give us the key. It is such an inconvenience to have to go and get our packages and mail at their location. Left our name and phone number last week for the supervisor to call us and let us know how long it is going to take to get a mailbox key and we are still waiting for a phone call. Not happy with their customer service

The staff is always extremely courteous and friendly and handle disgruntled customers with decorum. I ship a lot of packages and have only witnessed the upmost quality of customer service from the entire team. A+ y'all

Clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Julie was always there smiling and took care of the packages I would send out for my business. Also sold me the cutest stamps they had available.

Been living here 5 months from up north. Not once have I ever had any Mail slightly opened. Three days before Christmas I receive a Xmas card & the top is open. Not saying someone from this post office did it … but someone that the cards hands went thru , did it . Opened just enough to check & see if any money could be in there . Not cool.

I love all the staff at the Seguin Post Office on Court Street. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I know everyone has their good and bad days, but all the employees have consistently been friendly and accommodating as to my postal needs. Very thankful.
