I make eternal roses. I recently made a shipment, I took it on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. The bad thing is that shipping is very expensive. The cost of what I sent was 15 and the shipment was 25.30...!!!
Previously I tried to send a bouquet of eternal roses 40 pieces to Chicago. The bouquet costs 170, shipping was 146.4 + 27.99 taxes
The customer here canceled me because shipping was too expensive!???

They charge $4 to print a sheet of paper and then an additional for each page. $4 to open an email and push print. I've been to tons of UPS stores between Texas and Colorado and have never been charged more than $2 for the download. Most places in Colorado were $1 and some change. Really disappointed in them taking advantage of people.

I've gone to the UPS store twice with the same little package I see a lot of things going on there as far as packaging never once did they tell me to put it in a certain package I put it in a clear package I have seen things packaged for The customers I have seen clear bags that have been two the ladies are rude

I’ve never needed notary services so when I did a search I was happy to see the UPS store offered them. The website prompted me to an online scheduler and I made an appointment for Saturday at 10am. I received two confirmation emails one on Tuesday when I booked and another this morning before the appointment time. When I arrived I was informed they don’t do notary services on Saturdays. I went the whole week thinking I had my timeline sorted out for my document to be notarized and get my business completed and now that’s destroyed. I don’t know who manages the online appointment system but clearly the employees aren’t even aware of the appointments because they asked me if I was sure I booked at their location. I would have appreciated a call from the store Tuesday or from whoever manages these appointments so I could have immediately made other arrangements. I am very disappointed especially since this is a time sensitive document.
UPDATE: I’m happy I continued to call around. The Cibolo store DOES notarize on Saturday so that store saved me. I’ll be driving there if I ever need these services again, Seguins 9-5/Mon-Fri obviously doesn’t allow for anyone with those standard work hours to visit.

I don't get many things delivered by UPS and thank goodness for that. I get stuff delivered almost daily from Amazon and they never mess up my address. But UPS comes maybe three or four times a year and two out of those three or four times they will deliver to the wrong address. I just had a package delivered to my house that was a house across the street. The address is not anything like my address. The drivers hired by UPS are dullards... Apparently. I wish I had something nice to say about UPS, but I just can't muster up anything. Good luck to anybody who has deliveries from or to UPS.

*Staff is still rude and very unpleasant to stand inside waiting to be serviced.*Saddened to see customer service be so ugly and unprofessional because of peoples differences in beliefs and lifestyle. From my understanding, the law states its illegal to turn away a customer with or without a mask. Its illegal to mistreat a customer with or without a mask. Also, being in a town where everyone goes to church and believes in Jesus, actions show otherwise and its disgusting. I hope soon, everyone will realize their foolishness over a government made "flu".
