I really give 1 star for the comment but this place is the worst, both ethically and at work. My brother worked here for more than 25 years and died right there by accident "" that could have been avoided if they had been loyal to the people who work there! ! ?

As you can see from the reviews Elena Morales has no idea how to run Tyson I think they overlook her work ethics because of her seniority her dishonesty is more disgusting than someone who drinks in or after church like grow up.

I have no star this company because for Drivers not restroom . I’m chak in 10:30 after one hour give me door. 01:30 loaded. After loaded he sey Truck park on parking when your paperwork ready I call you .I already waiting long time.

Entrance is of Lawson. There is a sign off Kingsbury pointing that way. Pull up to gate left of guard shack. Leave room the gates wrong out! WASH TRAILER OUT BEFORE COMING. Walk up to window. Safety vest on! No flip flops, Crocs/open toed shoes. Slide tandems. Drop trailer. No parking on site. Loves up the street. When trailer ready, pull on scale, get green light. Pull out gate. Back up to guard shack. Guard will come out and give you paperwork.

Guys at the guard shack are friendly, easy to deal with. Check in is easy, but plan on sitting though. I sat for 12 hrs after my appt time waiting on them to get the bills ready.

I just got hired on, I hope I’m still employed after this comment but, they tell you that you get a sign on bonus for referring people to the company but what they DONT TELL YOU is that it doesn’t matter if they put your name on the application you HAVE to do it through the Workday app or else you won’t see any bonus. I spoke about it today at work and nobody seemed to care that they aren’t informing people of that I feel like they should be more informative. And nobody caring I asked about it at HR and I got shrugged off. Im lost out on 2 referrals but they will continue to withhold that information so they don’t have to pay out the referral bonus. Not okay.

Almost 26 hours and counting.Times like this I wish I owned my own truck so I could avoid Tyson all together. Every time I go to Tyson it takes half a day to load or unload.

As is noted below-This is no longer the entrance.Entrance is on Lawson Road on the West side of the plant.They kept me until Midnight and then cancelled the load.

My load was supposed to be ready at 8:00 a.m. today it is now almost 7:00 p.m. every Tyson I have ever gone to has problems getting the loads out on time, they are the worst company for truck drivers to even go to to pick up at!!! This was a pre-loaded trailer that is not even ready!!!I'm sorry to say but this will probably be my last Tyson load ever, just because of the amount of problems I have with them, and the amount of time wasted!! Then you have to fight to get detention pay!!!!!

Truckers: avoid this place at all costs. The people are super nice but the process and time to get loaded and get your bills is beyond slow. Only took them an hour to get me one a door, then almost 3 hours to get loaded and best of all 4 hours to be given my paperwork while I sat outside the gate waiting. Best of all they have a policy to not sign in and out times because they know it’s for detention. Jokes on them, right in my rate con my detention times and how I document them are listed. Enjoy that bill, folks. I’ll stick with my direct freight from another major chicken company. Only took this load because of the upcoming holiday weekend. Won’t make that mistake again.
