I have a little car that has had 3 different repairs. I plan to keep this car for a very long time. Joe Hudson has made her look good. I’m proud of my little Chevy go cart and she looks as good as she did when I bought her 4 years ago. I trust them because they earned my trust.

To preference this review I want to state I was 19 when I dropped off my car in November and I am now 20. I dropped off my car prior to my move back home. 3 hours from Seguin Texas.
I was told upon arrival that I would not have my car for a month. That was fine. A month came and went, eventually nov turned into January then to February. they still didn’t have my car ready. I would then call weekly even after I moved back home to Houston Texas to check the status of my vehicle. They kept stringing me along promising to have it done by the end of the week this continued for months. This was the pattern I would repeat weekly. The only thing I could say I got out of them was them telling me they had their entire staff quit on them (I could imagine why) and an email of photons taken of my car (from the lord knows when because they weren’t time stamped). I eventually spoke to someone higher up. That’s when I received help. But even then the process took longer than expected. The man I spoke to in the body department was amazing he really tried to help me he kept his word and even worked with me. He listened to me even with tears streaming and frustration controlling my emotions. Honestly the company he works for doesn’t deserve him. But atlas this wasn’t going to mean much. I live in the heart of Houston I take the bus to work and back home. On my way back home one day I was robbed. Now I am missing a good chunk of what I needed to pay for my car. I lost my car now I’m close to losing my job due to transportation issues. Please if you get anything from this review do not come to this collision center. If I had received my car when promised I would not be in this situation. I have the proof as I recorded every conversation I had with them in person and over the phone. My insurance has lapsed and I can barely afford bus fare. In conclusion I feel as though I was taken advantage of in my Vulnerable state as a young lady with no one and nobody. They saw an easy pay day and took it.

They are Liars, they won't be honest with you about your vehicle, ever, they exaggerate damage done so they can charge your insurance company more money. They'll take a ridiculously long time to do anything. They are always waiting on the same part until they get it, then the next time you call em they are magically waiting on the same part again. They are Disrespectful, rude, and have no accountability. They don't feel updating people on the progress of their vehicle is necessary. In fact they'll be rude and insulting as you call to check on your car. Not one person I encountered working with these people was professional or honest. I have to get a second mechanic/bodyshop to check and verify they actually did what they said, and did it properly. That is how untrustworthy these ppl are. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
Ok 2 weeks have gone by and they supposedly fired some ppl, it still took another 2 weeks to get my truck back. With deadlines being pushed back time after time, the same as before. They started being helpful shortly after I posted this, they seem very interested in my review , Able or Abe actually asked my wife to have me remove this review. I thought they'd changed their tune possibly and everything was above board until I saw at the last second they submitted another estimate to my insurance, they increased the estimate by $2500 without any reason or explanation for doing this. Honestly I still don't trust them. It took a month and half to fix minor damage from a minor collision. They turned a minor fix into the biggest project they possibly could.
They don't not seem to understand the car was look at by other mechanics and driven for a month before they got it. So we all know to a fact they exaggerated the damage, gouged my insurance, and held my vehicle hostage until they got called out on it. Both on here and in an official complaint to corporate offices(in Alabama). They just lie lie lie, the guy told me he put gas in my truck on his buck, not even a quarter tank, but I can plainly see in the estimate where I was charged for the fuel........seriously........ You're going to blatantly lie about something that the evidence is literally right here you're lying? That's some bold lying right there! That's what you'll get with them. Lie after lie after lie after lie...Changing or deleting my review was mentioned again. So I saw how drastically they changed the estimate at the last second, and I decided to do as they ask and change my review. Don't Work With Them, you'll feel played with, and cheated and you'll be worried if they even did the job right.
