The disrespect I received today was uncaused for I came in about a little after 5 o’clock. I was asked what I wanted and I said a fill in and a pedicure and he said well it’s gonna be a wait. OK while waiting for while I was talking with my mom went over there to the barstool I was talking to young lady over there as we were talking she said those people just walked in and went over there to go get their pedicures done and you’ve been sitting over here like you know you’re right so I went over there to where they do Pedicures I begin to talk to the ladies That worked in that section and let them know I was here waiting to get my feet done. They didn’t understand what I was saying so I went to the young man, which is one of the twins and said can you let them know. I was waiting but I guess they felt some type of way, so he came to the area in front of the whole nail shop saying I can’t do your nails and I said that’s not what you told me and he said I told you that when you came in I said no you didn’t you asked me did I want to wait to get my nails done and I said yes so you mean to tell me, I sat here for a whole hour waiting Just for you to tell me something different Your customer service sucked today, And it’s not what you said, but how you said it and yes, I got up and walked out because I refuse to spend my hard earned money at Business where I’m treated Unprofessionally and disrespected Instead of yelling across the shop, you could have walked over there and had a conversation your mad because I stood up for myself you want to have an attitude towards me but that’s OK. I went somewhere else and was treated amazing and got my nails done. I will never again step foot in your shop again I recommend you get some customer service training I feel like you were Being racist towards me and I see I am not the only African-American woman who has posted In this review

Just moved to Seguin and needed to get a pedicure after having a baby and not getting out of the house for a while. Got there and the guy at the front was nice and asked me to take a seat in the pedicure area for my pedicure. He did mention it would be a wait so I was patient. I waited for 20 mins just sat in a chair getting a massage no on came to turn my water on or anything not even said anything to me. I was ignored. Then a white lady and her son came into the area and immediately the lady that was working on the side I was on greeted her said hi and started turning on her water and changed the bag in the sink and had her take a seat. She even requested some water which she was about to get for her. I waited like 3 more mins to see if she was going to do it for me she just kept ignoring, so I got up and left.

Nail guy was rude, did not talk and did not take his time . Nails only lasted me 2 weeks. I went to another nail shop out of town and they lasted me a month ? do better!

I’ve come to the nail shop for atleast 6 years, the service used to be amazing, but the past 6-7 experiences have been subpar. The work has declined, the customer service isn’t what it used to be and they’re overcharging for terrible work. I refuse to get my nails done here anymore and it’s coming to the point where I’m trying to find a different shop to do my toes.

I only got a mani. I man I had was ok. Everytime he would finish with my hand he would throw it at me?. Kinda weird. My nails look good, and good price.

This is my second time at this nail salon. The First time was a great experience. I enjoyed my pedicure and acrylic fill. The people were friendly and polite. The second time I waited 40 min for them to start my pedicure. The lady was amazing and did a great job. I then waited another 30 min for my acrylic fill. The person who did my nails was very rude. He cut my nail bed, snapped at me for pointing out an issue, and was sick. On top of that my nails will need to be fixed because they are sloppy looking. I was so upset with how he treated me and how the look I don’t plan on going back. I was there for 3 hrs and left more stressed then when I went in. I recommend them for pedicures if you have time to wait but I wouldn’t recommend walking in for acrylics. I feel like they are very hit and miss for service on this.

Lisa did my nails today and absolutely accomplished the look I referenced! She took her time with me and found the perfect color I wanted. She got my hands looking lovely again and will be my go to from here on out! I also received the most lovely collagen pedicure. A perfect place to treat yourself

Y'all I'm so sad. The man who did my nails was amazing and they looked nice but I came back for a removal and the lady ruined my natural nail it's split right down the middle and I don't know what to do now :( - update, my natural nail did fall off :(

None of the tools were properly sterilized. The pedicure was decent but I also got a dip manicure and my nails look horrible. The dip is too thick, not smoothed out and the edges around my cuticles are very bumpy.
