I was nervous to try a new nail shape. He absolutely executed this! Love it, feel so confident now. Service was perfect, wasn’t any awkward silence. Felt comfortable. 👍🏼
Update nearly 4 years later, I’m so disappointed in my toes 😭😭 I NEVER get my toes done & of course the one time I treat myself it gets infected. The lady that was doing my nails & toes did great with my acrylic set, once it got to my pedicure she seemed to have been a little more careless. The tool she was using, she used to clean out the drain after. I immediately thought to myself “what if she did that with the previous customer, now I got all these germs in my toes lol” sure enough woke up with puss and redness on the side of my toe.

Have been getting my nails done here for 4 years now and this morning was my last time!!! I arrived at 9am and left at 9:56! There were a few people in the back getting pedicures but only 1 person getting their nails done. I usually don't mind the wait but it's normally pretty busy. I waited an hour then left. Went to New Braunfels and was in and out in hour with my nails looking way better than anytime I have had them done at this place!!! Don't recommend this place to anyone.

I got a nail tech who was so incredibly sub standard. Not friendly and I Felt tense/uncomfortable the whole session. I received a mani/pedi. She did both.
I made requests to make sure the polish went down to cuticle.... didn't happen. I also requested that she not cut my nails just file/shape them. She cut them ANYWAY!!! Ugh.
She rushed and did a very sloppy job.
To top off the session, She suggested her tip should be 25% and asked me to select that amount. Wow. Ballsy.
I'm sure they have some good techs there. She was not one of them. I apologize, I don't know her name. She wouldn't really give me the time of day.
I won't be going back there.

I will never go to this place again. A very rude old guy with glasses. Who was in a hurry did a horrible job. Lazy who wants to do fast service, who does not care about Customer Satisfaction. I kept telling him what I wanted and he would just say okay and did whatever he wanted. He couldn’t do a simple French tip. Terrible service!!

I haven't even received service yet, but I've been waiting almost two hours. NEVER have I waited so long and never again. If this is the experience to look forward to with Seguin nail salons, I'll gladly drive back to Houston just for a nail appointment.

My daughter treated me to a pedi. The nail work was fab but when we requested the price guide and made our selections (mine $55, hers $60) when she went to pay, all of the sudden, it was $70 a piece. Total $ 140 without tip. If they aren’t going to honor the prices in the price list why bother showing the list at all?

I was going to give them a higher score since women named Mary gave me a great pedicure and foot massage, but I told her I don't want any add ons other than lotion, before I knew it, it was 120 for mani/pedi. The place is super filthy and the chairs all broken. But they charge like a fancy spa

Rosie did a great job on my toes, but my dip finger nails are terrible. There were rough edges & humps & they are already lifting after less than a week. My mom had issues with her nails as well. We won't be going back.

Kathy was the technician that did my pedicure. She did a great job. she was friendly, courteous, and professional. She was responsive to what I liked and didn't like.

I NEVER leave reviews but i cant say Ive ever been this disappointment in a service before.
I received a pedi & a shellac mani on mother's day weekend. Firstly,the shop was gross. There was nail clippings & sanded nail particles everywhere. The massage chair,the manicure desk, & no towels were laid down for my manicure & I could see nail clippings all over the table. I asked for a towel to lay my hands on or her to wipe off the table repeatedly & she just nodded her head yes & kept on doing what she was doing lol.
Pedicure was super rushed even though it was one of the $60 options & the lady didn't clip my nails even after I repeatedly asked her to. Whatever ,not a HUGE deal just mildly annoying. My biggest irritation was the manicure. I had been growing my natural nails out for months, meticulously caring for them. I literally just wanted a french over what I had done ,I didn't even want her to shape them/clip them etc.After repeatedly telling this lady NOT to clip them she ended up clippings them too quick for me to stop her when she was doing cuticle work. Then she clipped the sides ,then she sanded the life out of them .The french shellac job was terrible. SUPER lumpy & just a texture nightmare. I asked for her to smooth them out but again,she didnt know what i was saying . I have had a nail rip (toenails included) every other day since . Even after ripping down to where my nail meets the skin,my poor nails are so thin and bend at the slightest touch because of how this they were ground down 😫 I will never go to this shop again,im not sure ill ever get a manicure again after the way this lady ruined my nails.
