Requested style: I went in with just long straight hair I was kind of looking for a face frame maybe layer cut and then after talking with Kelli, she kind of recommended the layer cut cuz I have a lot of wave underneath so that's what we did face frame with the layered cut it looks amazing and she didn't absolute great job.

Amnesty is the BEST! She corrected my cut to exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend her!
She takes the time to listen and ask questions to ensure she understands exactly what you want before she begins the cut.
Requested style: I wanted a semi stacked Bob and Amnesty was the only stylist out of 3 (in a week)that spent time making sure the layers were textured and symmetrical and exactly what I wanted.

I’ve seen AJ every time I come in for a haircut & color. He’s been great at helping me navigate the process.
Requested style: I didn’t really know what I wanted. I give him a general idea & he helps me navigate the process. He brings out the color book to help me pick out what I’m looking for & educates me on the process & what to expect.
Hair type: My hair is ver thin & straight. It usually goes pulled back & out of my face unless I’m home.
Stylist: I’ve seen AJ every time & he’s always been very helpful & knowledgeable

It was a terrible experience, starting with the greeting at the door.
I was told there were 3 people in front of me and it would be 30 minutes because I don't have an appointment. So, I asked to make an appointment. She said sit down, we'll get to you.
OK. so, 20 minutes and the guy tells another customer he's going to get to me, if she could wait. OK. I sit down. I tell him I want a trim, just clean it up neat. No razor, just scissors please.
He then gets loud and dramatic, and says so Ill give you a Mullet.
No, I don't want a mullet, just a trim. He literally argued my request and said he needs an example. Dude you trimmed it 6 weeks ago, just trim the flyaway, I want to visit my Mom. OK, so he starts, and with more loud drama, every 20 seconds, how much should I cut here? how much should I cut here? Look, I just want a neat trim, scissors only, please. It was very mocking and insulting. I ask him if I should go somewhere else? What's up here? He see's the look in my eye and asks if I've ever had a haircut before? Now its clearly insulting. I can't believe this.
He sees that too, and tells me the haircut is over. Get out.
Well, THAT was different.
I've been going to Supercuts for years. That was the last time.
I don't know the guys name, but he was Super Rude.
There are other reviews of this rudeness. Something is wrong.
This same guy has cut my hair with the same request. ??
He could be having a bad day, but who needs the drama?
I'm not sure what it's about, but "Supercuts" Texas wide will never get my business again. Super RUDE! I only wish I could give it a zero.

Not to me but the man cutting another's man's hair was very rude to the customer and did not cut his hair the way he requested so he complained to him and threw him out of the store and didn't make him pay. He said I asked you how you wanted it and you couldn't answer a simple question and then he proceeded to tell him just get out! There were at least 6 customers waiting that heard his rudeness.
