Phone goes straight to voicemail. If you drive to the unit to sign necessary contract, they’re not there. No way to get in, no way to communicate. They take your deposit and monthly fee of a few hundred dollars in charges and you’ll never talk to them again.

I've been trying to cancel my service with this business since January. While I understand that the owner has passed away, it seems that nobody is actually in charge of this place anymore. I've even gone to the place at several different times of the day to see if I can catch anyone in the office - without luck. I had my bank cancel my card so I'd stop being charged but I'm still receiving automatic texts and emails saying I owe about $1000 - which I'm not paying because, again, I've tried calling, emailing, and physically going down to the place to cancel services. Somebody else's negligence is not my financial burden.

Been renting a rv space since 2015 and had no problems until the past few months! Rental bill was on auto pay and have proof that the months in question were all paid ahead of schedule! What happens on the other end of the payments I have no control over! Can’t contact anyone at this facility and have moved my rv else were! Good day

I reallyyyyy need help !I really need to cancel my lease, I have my service in auto pay and I’m being charged for my unit and I emptied it since last month and I’ve been trying to talk to someone to end my lease and stop the auto pay and NOBODY responds emails, mail or phone calls.If I get charged again I will be paying 2 months for nothing ? Should I contact the authorities?

I have been renting a unit (#206) from this company for almost 12 years. This past month a glitch occurred with their auto-billing service and my payment failed. I have tried numerous times to make the payment manually with the same failed payment message. I tried a different card, same thing. I have called them emailed them and they don't reply. They added a $10.00 late fee like their screwup was my fault. I finally had to go and get a money order and place it their box on the property on Tor. I'm waiting to see if they will now unlock my account and my storage unit. I have decided to install a storage unit in my backyard and ditch this unreliable "business"! I suggest that you all do the same before they mess up your account too!

I found an obituary listing for a Mr. Todd Wayne Galle who I think may have been the owner/manager. I wonder who owns/manages it now??? ?Trying to reach Todd Galley, the owner/manager of this place. There is NO way to get in touch with him. Cell for office isn’t taking calls, texting doesn’t work, can’t email at listed address. My billing is having an error so I am now being charged a late fee for something that is THEIR issue, not mine. Looks like I’m going to have to go there in person (or write an old-fashioned letter!) and see if I can access my stuff. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

I will update this review as needed.Currently, Seguin PD has confirmed that the previous owner of this facility has passed away.If I'm not mistake this would be Todd Galle who, according to an obituary in the Seguin Gazette, passed away on October 19th, 2022. Nice guy. Real shame.I was also informed that the ownership has been passed to Todd's son.While I do pass on my condolences to the family, it has been over three months and clearly payments on things like cell phone and payment processing have lapsed. Automatic payments no longer work for any customer and everyone is accruing late fees which none of us have earned fairly. No one can be reached via any known method.I understand that losing a loved one unexpectedly is hard but there are something like 100+ clients for this location that have lives as well, some of those lives are being impacted.I suspect soon the automatic system will start locking out access to the facility due to everyone being late. I pulled my stuff out (ALL OF IT) today to be safe.Again I'm sorry for the loss, but at this rate this place is about to go belly up financially and bring legal trouble down on the family if they don't get this resolved fast.If they get this turned around quickly I'll change this review to reflect that. In the meantime, this isn't acceptable. I understand if the son is in way over his head and knows nothing but he's leaving a LOT of people stranded out here.

in the back of the storage there is no cameras and I believe the owner open my storage to see what I had inside to may be take who knows but thank god I got mostly have junk .i had purchased 2 of my own locks so when I got there the locks were gone n he placed one of his which he denies and I had to make a police report on him .if u have anything at this storage u need to go check on ur unit to see if everything is ok with ur unit n ur stuff is there.
When I told him I was going to make a police report he got upset and left so when the cop came the owner still did not show up
That person from that storage is mean and rude n Un trust worthy....... look out for ur property. A storage unit when you rent it it’s your property that is why u rent a storage n u place ur own locks!!!!!!!! N no one but no one should change the locks !!!!!! Be careful renting to this storage company really I would not even give him 1 star..... n too boot he charged my account twice but refunded one month back because he had to
