Id leave 0 star review if i could. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had getting a haircut, and I was in the military. I felt like the stylist was cutting my hair angrily, digging clippers and comb into my head to the point it was painful and left scratches on me. Blowing hot air from a hair dryer in my face, and when it was all said and done i had to have my wife redo my neckline from all the hair missed. I've been coming to this location for years and never had this problem. Worst stylist ever.

Today as a former employee under Ragsdale management I worked there 3 years As employees they took really good care of us and also the customers of SportClips. As we transitioned into our new Management Mo Hair. Our new store manager Monique Lomas decided she needs to clean house and get rid of all Ragsdale employees by making everyday difficult to come to work by making a toxic work environment so she could hand pick which employees she now wanted to be at this store. Which entailed demeaning and miss treating employees till they quit or didn't show up to work. Bringing in her choosen employee from one of her stores and having them chime in/ aggressively to back her up in a small confined office and then lying about asking me to clock out and proceeding to approach me at my car to give me cosmetology license basically to say I was fired so I couldn't file for unemployment and no one in the store would see her give it to me little does she know I have the conversation recorded and 2 regular customers and 2 co workers who are familiar w me and my work ethic watched her aggressively ask me to clock out then proceeded to clean my station

New Management here is really bringing this place down. Also no military discounts anymore only for the MVP? No punch cards anymore. I was told new Management frowns upon discounts up charges for everything even just to breathe This place use to be fun and upbeat now just seems sad. Always new faces never the happy familiar faces I am used to seeing.
Sincerely your former customers my son and husband will be looking for a new place that is happy to take care of the customer rather than just take.

When to get a haircut for my birthday and the people there are super nice and welcoming,Hair cut came out as wanted.
Stylist: My stylist was Amber rios, She’s really talented and super friendly. My haircut is hard to cut because it’s complicated but she got it down.

I had a really bad experience at SportClips and I wasn't sure if I would ever return, I decided to give them another try and I was lucky enough to get Becky and she restored my faith in this place. She is awesome and easy to get along with and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I can honestly say I was super happy with results and i will return as long as Becky is working there, Thanks Becky!!!

Stylist: The lady with the tattoos is the 1 that cut it for me. I did not like my cut. I was just told by my nephew it was horrible and nothing on how i like it. The stylist was real nice. I did tip her

Clarissa did the best job I have had in a very long time. She fixed my haircut that a different barber shop messed up, and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. 10/10 customer service and family friendly.
