If the customer service and Doctor work absolutely exceptional I would have made a scene, the nurse was extremely unprofessional. Even after being told he was on the Spectrum, she was visually irritated, and mean when he wouldn't cooperate with her sticking a 6-in sharp Q-tip to the back of his throat. I don't want anyone to go through what we went through today I hope this facility goes over special needs protocol because nobody deserves that type of attitude especially not a sick child

The whole team is exceptional. Great customer service and wonderful care. We are lucky to have these people serving the community of Seguin. Dr. Padgett fixed my chipped tooth in a matter of minutes. No pain. You can tell she loves what she does. Definitely coming back.

I had an appointment and I received a call 9 minutes before saying it got canceled. When I made the appointment I didn't get noticed that I had to be there 30 minutes before. When i get to the clinic that's the explanation i get after driving 40 minutes well thank you for all that. Great experience!!

Heather is my provider and she is great. Your receptionist needs to remember that the patients are there priority. Stop what your doing and either wait on the patient or acknowledge them and tell the you will be with them shortly you have to finish up. Tell them to stop ignoring the patients like theres no one there and go about there buisness. The best front desk person is Amber. She does a great job. The rest need proper training dealing with the people that provide their livelihood.

Physicians are knowledgeable & helpful. Lobby staff could be a little more friendly & helpful. They are terrible at call you back to answer questions.

while the physicians and such might be alright the lobby staff can only be summed up as either rude, incompetent, or lacking proper communication skills. Since I started taking over helping my mother after her stroke I've had issues with being given the wrong appointment date and time which was clearly written down and double checked, told to come in to hand in paper work but on arrival told by another that we need an appointment, insurance called in to setup a time for us to come in and again given a date and time that these services would be available only to arrive and say they don't do them on the date that the staff said it would be available, and lastly on walk in my mother arrived early and was one of the first to arrive only to get told that the walkin count had been reached and be sent home in pain while others behind her were accepted. My mother is a stroke victim and can't drive herself anymore. It isn't easy to get her to and from a place as i can't be there all the time to assist on certain days. And if you reply about what we can do to make it better .. don't bother .. just monitor and train your staff better. Simple as that . . communicate, double check inputs, verify, accountability, and compassion. You're dealing with people's lives .. act like it.

I told the person I was needing an appointment for ADD medication which are controlled substances. I wanted over a month for my appointment. I finally get a call from the Dr. Who informs me he can't prescribe this medication. Waste of my time.

Check in took excessively too long. I made a special trip two weeks prior to update my health insurance. Clerk said they would upload. Checking in this morning it was obvious the special trip netted nothing. I arrived 30 minutes early and a new hire had to in process me. At least 20 minutes additional time. I hedged pre communication new insurance and arrived 30 minutes early. The nurse and doctor were excellent; once I got in. Don’t pre visit to update insurance. They won’t until your appointment.

Seguin Family Health Center is a very clean and accommodating establishment. All staff was very kind and courteous. Dr. Burris and his nurse made me feel very comfortable. They listened and answered my questions. I never felt rushed and was pleased with the treatment I received. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment this morning they got me in relatively quick, staff was very kind and helpful, Doctor listened to key concerns and treated me respectfully and quick. Still sick but not their fault.
