My husband and I had a great experience with Marcus. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect Vehicle for our family- 5 stars for Marcus!! 0 stars for the service department. We purchased a brand new 2024 Chevy suburban from Seguin Chevrolet. Unfortunately, after four days of owning it the check engine light came on. The Chevy app showed an alert for the emissions system. We called Seguin Chevrolet first thing in the morning and was told very rudely by the service department they had no availability for them to look at it. They don’t have any loaners either. We could drop it off but it could sit there all week until they can get to it. Seguin Chevrolet was very quick to make a sale but when it comes to the service department they don’t have any time to help you. We have a brand new vehicle that we can’t even drive, very frustrating and inconvenient!

I've had this used vehicle for 7 months and I've replace a few parts including battery, tires and other parts. Recently went in for service was there for a week, had the car back for a couple of days and the service engine light is on again giving a code. ? I guess that's what I get for buying used!

Juan Carlos de Leon was an amazing help! He made the entire process quick and easy. We went in knowing what vehicle we wanted but he still gave us a couple of options. (We like to keep our options open) after weighing out our pros and our cons, we decided on a vehicle. Juan Carlos made sure to give us the best options when it came to the monthly payment and year. We shopped around the entire Labor Day weekend until we finally drove off with the perfect car, but what really made us stay is Juan Carlos’s customer service and the fact that we were provided with a ton of information other places hadn’t given us yet. The entire staff is incredible… He made my husband and I feel comfortable with our FIRST ever car purchase. Overall enjoyed my experience and this entire dealership has gained a customer for life.

I went to Seguin Chevrolet and the sales member Juan De Leon was very helpful in my purchase of my 2024 Colorado ZR2. He was able to answer the questions I had and it was a hassle free experience. I would buy from here again in the future.

Overall great experience with my purchase. Coming from Houston and they had best prices with no addon. I spent 3 hours at the dealership from start to finish. Definitely this can be cut down to improve sales experience

Cris Soto was my salesman at Seguin Chevrolet. He worked with my dad to find me the perfect Trax that fit everything I wanted. He was helpful during every step of the process and took great care of us! Cris is knowledgeable about the cars and kept his word through the whole process (which makes the difference between a salesman and an honest salesman). Cris and Webb in finance worked together to help find a great deal for the car! In today's car market that is hard to find! When you go to Seguin Chevrolet, ask for Cris Soto and you will be taken care of!
