The CS Rep at the information desk was not helpful. I normally dont go to the credit union bc of the online abilities. However, I had to go in and was told I could do a walk-in by the call center rep. Yeah, apparently, the woman at the desk didn't receive the memo that walkins are welcome. Not only did she tell me I couldn't be helped, but she offered zero alternatives. As a customer for over 30 years, I have never had such unfriendly service. Do better, RBFCU!

I have been using RBFCU for 4 years now an it's the best bank I have ever used. Also I needed a 2nd chance banking due to my reputation with my first bank an RBFCU accepted me with no problems.

Opened an RBFCU Checking & Savings account. Deposited money and was told I had to wait a MONTH to touch it because RBFCU locks all NEW accounts. No other bank does that. RBFCU is showing they can steal your money at anytime. Took the teller 20 minutes to print a letter stating this fact AFTER I deposited the money. I would have never opened an RBFCU account id I knew they block you from your money. The teller lied and said she didn't know how to do an ACH transfer or use the RBFCU app. Asked the person who monitors all activity in the bank and she said all the tellers know how to do it. Thank God I don't make Pay Check deposits here! Once my money is unlocked I am taking it out and closing the account. These thieves should tell you when you open an account your money is frozen before you sign. The guy next to me depositing huge amounts of small bills kept starring at me nervously... probably a human trafficker or drug dealer.

Walked into this place well before closing time and made to wait almost twenty minutes to speak to an estate services person. Now I don't get to speak to a real person but some dat cunt through a zoom call who tells me something completely different than what we were told on the phone via a previous call. Told me I could google the information. She also told me I would not be able to get any statements for my deceased mothers account even after registering an affidavit with the county and all they would do is pay out what was in her account. How the hell am I supposed to do my mothers taxes if I have no statements? Good job since this woman was just wanting to get out of work on time. Screw this place. I'm glad I bank elsewhere. The customer ahead of me in line was dealing with same type of issue. This place wants your money but won't help family members when having to deal with gaining access to their parents accounts. Yeah sorry for my loss? Yeah sure
