Horrible service!!!! They took money out without asking or notify before I had a bill. Fraud dept took money out that they to gave me. And I can't even complain to a real person. I've been with them since I was 12 years old. Don't go to RBFCU. There thieves!!

Horrible same thing everybody has a job no one wants to work and call and verify a check ,management is horrible not to say the tellers working except for Mrs.Autum,that young lady needs a promotion keep up the hard work Mrs. Autum!

Never experienced a more rude and ignorant lobby teller. Acted like I was crazy wanting to move money to another non rbfcu account that I have done literally dozens of times. Even "move money" describing what I was asking to do is on their main website. This was after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only 1 person was working up front at the time.

The ATM ate my card on a Friday. Here it is a week later, Thursday. And I called to ask where is my New Card??? They then tell me that it was to be delivered by UPS. This is the first I’ve heard of it! He said I would receive it in 2-3 Days. So it wasn’t rushed as I was told it would be. Can they give clear/correct information to their customers. Instead of saying what they want to hear.

Check on hold for 3 days only have access to $300 out $1000 closing my account over this only had this account 3 days. Going back to prosperity where I have no issues

Sat in the drive though line for 20 minutes just needing to deposit money. The wait was ridiculous and there was maybe two other cars here! Pushed the call for service button after almost 15 minutes and the lady was rude saying she has mine in a line (where is the line exactly?!)Never coming here again and will take my money over to USAA.

Not a good place to go. Go about anywhere else. Your money is better under a mattress than at Rbfcu. Their charges are exorbitant, bordering on predatory. Their savings rates are abyssmal. Their management is great at quoting policy instead of listening with any sense of empathy. Either they don't care about their customers or they have no latitude to make decisions. Either way all of their customers lose.

The most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life. I called before coming in. I had to drive to a separate branch to even be seen. They told me over the phone my form of ID was acceptable and when I walk in after wasting my morning off they told me I can't have a membership even though I called prior to discuss. Ridiculously gross service and I don't see myself being a member.
