I go in here every morning for the last year. This evening I went in and whoever the guy working is, had a problem with me apparently. He gave my evil looks, kept staring at me and acted like I was gonna steal something. Somebody needs to have a conversation with him about customer service and friendliness.

I have been coming to this store at least 5+ days a week for the the better part of 20+ years. It wasn't until today that I thought I would ever have to leave these comments.... This store has a little red headed gentleman that thinks his pawn shop 9mm on his hip makes him the owner of Pic 'N Pac. When I asked him why there wasn't ice in the cooler he said there was no one there to help him. When I pointed out the fact the store was completely void of customers he said I was being rude, put his hand on his gun and told me to leave. His GUN!?! I asked for his name, which he refused to give me. If this is someone you deem mentally stable to be employed by this establishment I would re-think your entire business model Bobby.

Customer service is amazing there always so nice and say have a good day and thank you not a sketchy store at all really cheap prices.

Came here to grab some gas and food while I was on my way to the San Antonio area. Overall it's a fairly convenient store. Fairly organized and has great friendly staff. Overall I recommend stopping here

My mom went to get the paper this morning and she had her emotional support dog with her and they told her she couldn’t bring her dog in but there’s no sign saying no dogs allowed if the dog is a service animal why can’t she bring the dog in with her plus it’s not like she could leave the dog in the car and she was carrying her so what’s the big deal it’s not like the dog could damage anything or use the bathroom in there she’s so small

I come here all the time in the evening, a blonde girl and heavyset guy are typically working, very friendly even make small talk, weither at drive through or walk in always very friendly and prompt very good evening staff and service. One of the better Convenience stores in seguin.

My fiancé’s car broke down at a different pick and pack and Pic & PAC #7 phone wasn’t working. These ladies were so nice that they called the manager personally to let them know to please not to tow my car and that my fiancé will be there in a little while to move it and we will get it out of the way. These ladies literally went out of their way to help someone they didn’t even know.Thank you so much Nick & Lisa Bennett
