the new girls lack basic customer service skills and are rude and dismissive.

Christian the mngr is wonderful, he is a keeper!!! polite and friendly. Cathy is so caring and kind and both Christian and Cathy are hard workers. I consider them my friends and i plan on surprising them when their birthdays come. Thank God for people like Christain and Cathy.
