I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly. However I wanted to give your store 5 stars because of people like Cayla. She is the reason I come back.”
