They are getting one star because Gloria was a nice and helpful human. I have nothing else positive to say as I worked with Rita. If you can avoid this office I would. The office manager doesn't even understand how to do her job. Told me that she could not get into more than one file and absolutely could not work in my husband's file and mine to make a joint return. Was absolutely rude, consistently intruppting me and my spouse. I finally met her energy and got rude back. Then after I said I didn't want her to do my taxes at all because I needed someone that would at least attempt to listen instead of just talk over me, sent me an email declining to do them (petty, and childish if you ask me). Said her office didn't have the time to do my complex taxes.
Sent my info to the Shertz office and it was 100% complete within 2 hours of making contact with them. He was also able to access everything in both of our files. I would avoid this office at all costs until they get a competent manager rather than Rita. She is supposed to be a senior pro but her actions speak very different.

I have been using this location for 3 yrs since moving from Spring Branch. My tax associate is wonderful and understands my needs in tax papers. I highly recommend this location.
