All I can say is that I was truly impressed with Holdman Honey. In particular, a gentleman named Dave!!!! My daughter and I went to pick up bees she ordered because she and my husband have taken an interest in raising bees. We placed them in our trunk and about 2 miles in to our journey back home, a couple of bees had made their way into our car. Needless to say, I was was terrified, lol. I was in no danger. Long story short, Dave came to our rescue. He offered to put the bees in his van and follow us home. I thought that that was the most kindest thing anyone has ever done. Thank you so much Dave. Holdman Honey surely goes above and beyond for their customers. I'm also excited to try their honey at HEB. I am sure it will be tasty. Thanks again!

We took a beautiful drive out to their facility in Seguin and bought a couple of jars of Wilson County honey. Fabulous flavor unlike the rather bland honey you normally get at the grocery store (however, you can get Holdman honey at HEB and they label which County it comes from).

The honey shop has a friendly service and offers at least four different types of honey. You can also try them at very affordable prices.

Some of the best honey I have ever had. Good in tea, drizzled over some oatmeal or some biscuits. It's even good just from the spoon. I will seek this honey out from now on.

Omg, delicious!! That coming someone who didnt particularly care for the taste of honey. Recently was given a bottle by a nice man during my work day as a kind gesture. That alone is worth a million in my book, the amazing honey is yet another. Dont take my word get a bottle and decide for yourself. You wont be disappointed

They deserve 10 stars for their customer service alone! Twice I have reached out to them (once before purchasing two nucs and once after my purchase) and David Holdman (owner) responded with a call less than an hour after I reached out to him! The second time was during the week people were picking up their bees! And then there is their honey....I eat it every day, sometimes with nothing more than my spoon. And the bees I purchased from him ....15/10. Very happy and will continue to do business with him even though he is over an hour's drive from my home. He is This Good folks. If you want to be a beekeeper do your research and get your bees from Holdman Honey. If you just want the honey check HEB - it's where I purchase mine. I let my bees keep their honey. Thank you and your great team Holdman Honey!

A couple of years ago, I was wondering what to give my coworkers for Christmas. I had decided on giving ginger tea, honey ?and the wooden gadget for honey.David from @holdmanhoney provided great pricing and delivery of 8 oz bottles of honey.Today, I got my 1-gallon honey stash. Looking forward to some hot tea with honey during this cold weekend.Highly recommend @holdmanhoney!

Found a bottle of Holdman wildflower honey from Bexar County in a little meat market and I swear I have never had a more delicious or fragrant honey. It is floral and light and unlike anything you can buy in the supermarket.

Best raw local honey in Texas. True wildflower honey. Not "farmed" wildflower like most of the other big honey producers in texas. Each bottle is labeled with the county the honey is from. Try them all to get a good mix of hill country pollens, if you suffer from allergies! Each county variety also tastes uniquely different. When I lived in San Antonio, I would always get their honey from Pearl farmers market. After moving to Austin, I tried some of the local Austin and Round Rock honeys. Nothing came even close. Finally found Natural Grocers in Cedar Park that carries Holdman. They also ship, so that's a good option.
