The whole process of getting a unit was very easy, and the employee was helpful and answered all my questions. She took the time to walk me to the unit and made sure I was satisfied with the unit I chose.

Horrible! They had a 3rd party come in to do upgrades and totally trashed my unit breaking valuable items. No communication between 3rd party and Cube Smart. Their excuse was you had no email on file, yet they could’ve called. Do not recommend.
